“We booked Spike Events for our October wedding and Spenser was absolutely amazing! We had several meetings beforehand and he was on top of every concern we had. We had a wedding at a private residence outside, so electrical needs were tricky. Spenser was thorough in what he needed supplied from us and we were able to get the right electrical needs for both his sound system and the two arcade tables we rented. He also was such a fun personality to have around and added so much to the party! We have so many great photos of everyone up and dancing due to his skill of keeping things fun! He did a great job following our timeline and was very helpful in adding to it as needed when we weren't sure how to schedule things such as first dance, cake cutting and parental dances. We had aunts and uncles that I've NEVER seen dance, out on the floor tearing it up!You would not regret hiring this company! (Included in the review is the last dance of the night when everyone had gone home and my husband and I closed out the dance floor!)”

“I've never worked with a DJ as good as Drew and his crew. Drew had sent me an email a few weeks before the couples wedding with the reception timeline (a first) and kept me up-to-date with any last minute changes the day of. It is clear by working with Drew how much he loves his job and how much he cares about the couples he works with. He played all the music we wanted and made great suggestions to help us out. What really stood out to me was how adjustable he was. After all the formalities you typically stay on the dance floor- ballroom in our case, but it was such a gorgeous evening at our wedding that everyone wanted to move out to the patio area. He easily moved part of his set up outside without hesitation so that people could enjoy their time and the weather. He also made sure we had music for our grand exit. “Everything about Pocket Change was a perfect addition to our wedding. Choosing our band was a major priority for us, as we know from experience they can make or break the reception. Pocket Change was everything we wanted, and more. From our first meeting with them, we felt comfortable and heard. They did a fantastic job of listening to our preferences and adapting that to what they were best at to deliver a great performance. They also did a great job of suggesting additions to our "must plays" that really went with the vibe we were looking for. Also, as a side note, the bride is a teacher, and we loved that Pocket Change is a band of music teachers! In addition to being absolutely perfect as a wedding band, they were also extremely affordable! We worked with some amazing vendors all around, but Pocket Change is the first review we're writing, because we really wanted to thank them for what they did to make our day special. We had a miscommunication with our venue about who was in charge of ceremony audio, and Pocket Change was able to jump in last minute to provide audio for the ceremony. They also let one of the bride's best friends join them on stage to sing Dancing Queen, which was so special for the bride and groom. There was a small issue with the wireless microphone during speeches, and their technician was able to jump in and solve it immediately! They were great at going with the flow and making situations that could have been stressful not at all. In almost every conversation we have had with guests since our wedding, someone has brought up what a great band they were. Hire Pocket Change - you will not be disappointed!!!”

“Blurred Vision played at our Wedding in Sept, 2025 as a 7-piece band plus the DJ. They were so easy to work and communicate with; it really was a pleasure getting the whole thing together. Larry played the acoustic guitar for our outdoor ceremony. While he played acoustic for most of it, he was also able to play a recorded track for our "Flower Bro's" entrance. The whole ceremony music was perfect and was exactly what we wanted. The Band had everything set up for the reception indoors. Christiana made sure she had everything in order for the wedding party introductions which came out perfectly. The music from the band and the DJ allowed our guests to enjoy dinner conversation and then amped it up to get the dance floor hopping. The band members were energetic and engaged with everyone in the room. It was such a fabulous experience. “Clockwork New England was absolutely incredible at our recent wedding on May 2, 2026! They kept the dance floor packed all night and created such a fun atmosphere for everyone. They are super talented and we got so many compliments from our guests and the staff at our wedding venue. Ron, Peter and the whole team was professional and super easy to work with. Communication was great and they are so experienced that I trusted them to pick all of the songs for the set lists! Highly recommend!”

“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “Our wedding was perfect for many reasons but Jeff went above and beyond for our event as our DJ. We didn’t give much direction as far as songs but Jeff was so intuitive to our crowd that every song made every guest get up out of their seat. Jeff is a pro and the compliments are still being received on the music for the event. Jeff was patient with the requests that came consecutively his way from our guests and he mixed those in seamlessly with the existing set.
