Chateau Lill is the preeminent event venue in Woodinville. With 10 acres of pristine grounds that include lush rolling lawns, ponds, and a small farm surrounded by tall firs. The Chateau itself boasts a Barrel Room, and Grand Room, with an open-air tented terrace during the summer high season. The private estate is a hidden gem in Redmond, WA that features a large climate-controlled Banchetto with floor to ceiling glass accordion doors opening to an outdoor covered patio, grass terraces, and lounge areas in the woods. Luxury prep suites, gas fire pits and strung bistro lights adorn the perfect place to gather and celebrate.

Nestled amongst thirty tranquil acres of our lush wooded private property, The Emerald Forest provides a stunning backdrop for a strikingly serene and cherished micro-wedding or elopement. We are just four miles east of downtown Redmond and fifteen miles east of downtown Seattle. Within the forest is the Emerald Forest Theater, built-in 2018 by Treehouse Master Pete Nelson. The Theater is a one-of-a-kind outdoor climb-in movie theater made up of a large seating area 15' off the ground, four box seat open-air pods, two "Kodama zome" elevating loungers (tree-levators!), two stories of hammock-like dream nets high in the trees, and projection onto the 16' screen hanging in the trees. The forest of hemlocks, cedars, and fir trees within a gorgeous carpet of green moss is truly one of the most beautiful forests in the world (or so we have been told dozens of times!).

Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.
