Hi! I am Melissa, the Founder and Creative Director of Campanula Design Studio. Over the years, working with clients and helping them to express their emotions through flowers taught me to truly appreciate the importance of showing our love and gratitude for one another through the simplest of gestures. A single perfect bloom, small gift, or short note can transform a mood. Combining a love for event planning and hosting celebrations, an eye for design, and a desire to bring people together in meaningful ways, I founded Campanula in 2019.

We love weddings - big and small! We will work hand in hand with you to create your perfect wedding vision whether for an elopement or a full scale wedding with hundreds of guests. We also specialize in wedding favors, welcome gifts, and bridesmaids/groomsmen gifts.

    Such a wonderful florist!

    From our first conversation, Melissa at Campanula Design Studio understood exactly what we were looking for and kept us excited throughout the planning process. When the first bouquet I wanted turned out to be too expensive, she didn't try to force the choice - instead, she asked thoughtful questions to figure out what I actually loved about it. She then created something even better that felt truly personal to our wedding. Her work was stunning and creative, and the flowers looked like they were designed just for us. Melissa's responsiveness and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience feel special, not just transactional. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in bringing our vision to life.

    Absolutely Beautiful Flowers from Local Business!

    Campanula did a wonderful job creating the florals for my wedding! I first found them on Zola but noticed their storefront was located right down the street from my house, so I had to check them out. Melissa was wonderful to work with; we sat down with her and talked through what we wanted and what our budget was, and she helped us create the perfect floral plan. I really appreciated how willing she was to work within the confines of our budget rather than try to upsell me on a larger package. Campanula put together the most beautiful color palate and the resulting arrangements were so beautiful, it was exactly what I had envisioned for the day

    SO happy with my wedding bouquet and flowers!

    Melissa provided the most beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for my wedding! I would highly recommend Campanula Design Studio to anybody looking for wedding florals! I had a specific vision for the flowers at my wedding, and Melissa provided exactly what I was picturing but with these little special touches that made it even more beautiful than I could have imagined. When I walked outside to the reception space and saw all of the florals set up, I was in awe at how beautiful it was and how perfectly Melissa had brought this idea to life. For my bouquet I had a much less specific vision; I mostly just wanted some bright flowers to carry down the aisle. Melissa took my incredibly vague requests, along with the info she gleaned about my dress, the location, the whole vibe of the wedding, and my favorite flowers, and with her expertise she created a stunning bouquet that was absolutely perfect for me. I looked at that bouquet all day long and kept noticing these tiny, incredibly thoughtful details that made it so special and perfect for the occasion. It’s so clear how much care and attention to detail was put into creating these arrangements. Melissa was thoughtful and easy to talk to, extremely communicative throughout the whole process, and helped me find the right words to describe what I wanted. I truly can’t express enough how grateful I am to her for creating such beautiful work for my wedding.

    I highly recommend Campanula Design Studio!

    Campanula Design Studio was an absolute pleasure to work with for my daughter's wedding flowers. The bride had only a loose idea of what she wanted when we started the planning process, but from our first conversation, Melissa was helpful and creative, quickly putting us at ease and sharing ideas to help us firm up the overall design. We wanted flowers that were simple and natural, and the final result was absolutely perfect for a garden wedding, with some lovely little extra touches like fresh mint and blackberries in the bride's bouquet. I highly recommend Campanula Design Studio to anyone planning a wedding!

It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding! We accept bookings one year in advance of your wedding date. We do recommend having a few details figured out before you start your search for a florist, though. Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? Do you want only personal pieces such as bouquets and boutonnieres or are you interested in ceremony and reception decor? What’s your wedding style? Theme? Budget? We only accept one full service wedding per weekend to ensure the best experience for our couples and keep the attention fully on you.
In short, no. We love small, intimate weddings! If you are looking for individual pieces such as bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces we're happy to design those for you on a per piece basis. Pick up at our shop or local delivery is available. For full service events requiring setup and tear down by our staff, we do not have a minimum per se but an event of that magnitude will easily run in the thousands of dollars.
Our main service area is the Greater Seattle area. We will travel throughout the state for an additional fee dependent upon time and distance.
Yes! We offer a variety of items such as candles and candleholders, arches, pedestals, and such on a rental basis.
Yes! Most couples do not want to keep all of the centerpiece vases and such so we do offer rental. We simply keep a card on file to cover the replacement cost of any lost or damaged items.
Good question! During your consultation, we will discuss the gorgeous flowers seasonally available to us on your wedding date. We use locally grown flowers when seasonally possible - always with an eye towards the environment and sustainability. We are also a foam free florist and never use traditional floral foam.
