Located in the foothills of the Cascades mountains above beautiful Skykomish Valley, our golf course was originally built in the 1900s as Blue Boy Ranch, a successful thoroughbred training facility. The ranch was converted into a golf course in 1992, and we have since grown to be one of the most popular courses in the area. The golf course is named after the pig in the movie “State Fair”.

Paul and Gwen bought a raw piece of farmland in 2003 with a vision to start a retail nursery just outside of Monroe Wa. Paul, with a dream in place, started piecing together a beautiful work of art that became Pine Creek Farms and Nursery. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Naturally, the grounds became a beautiful place to hold special events, and after a handful of smaller events, Paul continued developing his idea of creating a venue that would provide an amazing garden setting for larger celebrations! Packages are sized for 50-300 guests with 1-2 attendants, 2-3 hours of service and full setup/clean up. We style the display to your palette and can also provide pre-set dessert tables, tiered cake pop cakes or individually wrapped favors.
