At Isabel and Peony events, we bring our passion for planning and design to every part of our process. When you book us, you get not one, but two professional coordinators to make sure your day is the best it can be. Aimee and Norma have been friends for over 30 years — so they're perfectly in sync when it comes to making your dream a reality. ¡Se habla español!

Aimee and Norma were absolutely the dream team. If you’re looking for coordinators with experience, coordinators who will actually put in the work to do all the setup tasks you ask of them and keep you on schedule throughout your day, and make your wedding absolutely stunning—look no further. These guys were worth every dollar. (And they were affordable!) They were always available and responsive. We hired them as month-of/day-of coordinators but they really went above and beyond. They never pushed their vision or agenda, they worked with us to get to know what we wanted and really helped us execute that plan. Aimee had a family emergency on the day of our wedding and it was no problem because Norma stepped in and just blew us away with all she did for us. We can’t thank or recommend these two enough. This gorgeous 10-acre property is surrounded by green pastures, flourishing display gardens, and many breathtaking water features. This is truly a one-of-a-kind, outdoor, garden wedding venue! Your outdoor wedding is held on groomed lawns with backdrops to the gardens and water features. There are multiple ceremony locations to choose from, countless locations for your wedding photos, and immense space for you and your guests to mingle and wander throughout the gardens. Included in your package are tables, chairs, staff, and much more. What sets us apart from other venues besides our gorgeous gardens? Honest pricing. One price for everything. Relaxed alcohol policy. Your bar your way. Open vendor policy. Use any vendors you like. Our season runs mid-May through Labor Day.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Rustic-chic setting
  • Venue is completely outdoors
  • Bridal suite on site

Venue considerations

  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Not for you if you prefer a more modern aesthetic
Falling Water Gardens is a hidden gem located in Monroe. Not only is the location beautiful, but you also have various spaces to use for your ceremony and reception. There is tons of flexibility and a lot of options. Rick, Ken, and Liz were easy to work with, and always responded to our messages clearly and within a reasonable time frame. My husband and I only looked a handful of venues, and when I saw this one, I knew place was perfect for us. I didn't feel like I could justify the cost of a florist, and if you get married here, you don't need one. The flowers and trees in the event space are enough! Not only does Falling Water Gardens offer flexibility and different options for your ceremony and reception, but they also allow you to come check out the space while you are going through your planning. My husband and I went back to the space a few times while we were planning to get a visual for where our decor would be setup, where the bar would go, the DJ, etc. And if you give the venue a heads up that you are coming, someone will greet you and will answer any questions you may have. Some venues don't offer a lot in terms of setup, but Falling Water Gardens has 200 chairs and plenty of tables for you to use, and they will set all of that up for you. We did our decor on our own, but having the tables and chairs ready in the spaces was a huge help. They also have a large tent for the tables and chairs, and smaller easy up tents for your vendors. We had a bit of an issue with one of our photographers, and did not feel like we had adequate time to take photos as a couple. Because of this, my husband and I wanted to take more photos. When I contacted Liz to ask if we could return to the venue to take more photos, she said yes. Getting a chance to take more photos/re-do some photos made the experience that much better for us. Again, the flexibility, kindness, various options, and beautiful space are all here. Falling Water Gardens was there for us every step of the way, and they made sure our day was everything we wanted. I could not have asked for more when I found this venue.

Our guests LOVED our venue. Sadie Lake truly felt like home for the day. The indoor and outdoor spaces are perfectly curated to feel relaxed and put together at the same time. Many of our guests said our wedding was the best they’d ever attended, in part because of how the venue made them feel: at home. Whether dancing in the barn, going on walks around the grounds, watching the eagles fly over the lake, playing yard games, or having a drink on the lawn, it felt so open and inviting. Our pictures are stunning because the property has so much natural beauty. On top of all that, DeeDee is just the best person to work with. We loved getting to know her and felt so supported by her. She went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams. The day was absolutely magical.

Emma Wargo Photo Co.
Rating: 5.0 (18 reviews)
  • Photographer
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $1,900
  • Serves Monroe, WA

Hey there! I’m Emma. I’m a sassy, sarcastic redhead and also a complete sap. To keep it short, I value relationships and experiences above nothing else (although some would say I have a serious West Elm and pizza addiction as well). I love reminiscing and think some of the best nights involve sharing a bottle of wine with old friends and laughing about all of our past adventures (while planning new ones too!). When I think about it, I know I was meant to be a wedding photographer - because I admire your relationship, understand how important this journey to marriage is for you two and understand the importance of documenting it.

Emma and her team were so amazing! Working with Emma before the wedding was seamless; she created a timeline that really helped with planning. We had Kayla and Almida for our photographers the day of and they were truly fantastic. So easy to work with and the pictures are so beautiful. Highly recommend!

PNW Love Stories
Rating: 5.0 (17 reviews)
  • Photographer
  • Classic style
  • Starts at $2,999
  • Serves Monroe, WA

Hi! My name is Valerie! I am a hopeless romantic who wants to be behind the lens of your love story. I fell in love with photography in my high school darkroom. I went on to major in media and communication at University of Washington with a focus on visual arts. I have always been a story teller, a big feeler and obsessed with all things love, so photographing weddings is quite literally living my dream. I have photographed over 130 weddings and have the same passion for them as when I first started. I cannot see myself doing anything else.

Awarded Best of Zola
Working with Valerie from PNW Love Stories was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding (09/2025 at Pemberton Farm in Snohomish, WA). She was incredible from start to finish: professional, organized, and so intuitive that she needed absolutely no guidance to capture every moment and all the shots I had hoped for (and many I didn’t even know I wanted). We loved our engagement shoot with her, so we already knew we were in good hands, but she somehow still exceeded our expectations on the wedding day. She blended right in, made everyone feel comfortable, and brought such a warm, fun energy to the entire experience. We received our photos within a month, and they are incredible. The way she captured the emotions, details, and candid moments is something we’ll treasure forever. Valerie truly feels like part of our family now, and we plan to work with her for all our future family and event photography needs. We couldn’t recommend her more!

James and Jamie were wonderful to work with and provided everything we were looking for and more. Get ready rooms, tables and chairs provided, view of the river, forest background, tent and restrooms for our guests, and a prep area. Plus garbage cans, bar, fire pit, sound system and lawn games and plenty of areas for cute photos. It rained in our day and they even had a few umbrellas to add to ours that we brought. Jamie responded quickly to any question I had. We had about 65 guests but the venue can easily fit more. Our catering was a drop off and we used the prep area in the barn to do a sandwich spread between getting set up and the ceremony. Despite the rain our guests had a blast and our day was wonderful. Everything was so tranquil and beautiful. The fire pit was a big hit. Thank you!

Absolutely the best Wedding Coordinator out there. Abagail worked with us for 18 months planning our dream wedding, working on all the finer details and ensuring absolutely every detail was perfect. She was a dream to work with, always extremely organized and prepared. Not only that, she came ready to talk us both down off the ledge when we were stressing about particular details. She served as both a coordinator and therapist at times, and did it with a professionalism and warmth that let us know she's really a special person. Day of, she had two assistants Autumn and Chenda who worked tirelessly to execute the ambitious plan and really help make the wedding next-level in terms of production. We weren't making a cookie-cutter wedding, we were making something that truly represented ourselves and our lives. Abagail, Autumn and Chenda all made that happen, and the date will live forever in all who experienced it. Please consider them for your business, as I honestly cannot say enough about how this event would not have happened nearly on the level we hoped, without this team. They're the best at this, and they're just great people to spend time with. Thanks again, Elaborate Events!

We are so happy we chose Lucia to capture our elopement. Lucia is professional, fast to respond to emails and texts, helpful with decisions, accommodating to any requests, concerns, and excited to give advice. Duncan and I really wanted our photographer to capture our true emotion and to get candids of us, and Lucia DID THAT! The day felt blissful and a key point for us was that we got to enjoy the day without it feeling solely like a photoshoot which I think speaks to Lucias talent and confidence in her craft. She was good at giving guiding advice for posing without us feeling posed. I put together a Pinterest board and shot list which she really did a great job pulling inspiration from. The photos are stunning and the exact style we envisioned. Also, our sneak peak was huge and she got them to us very fast. If you are torn between photographers or are just starting your research, you're in very safe hands to stop here. We hope to continue reaching out to Lucia in the future when we start a family.

Each of my curated wedding packages offers full support well before the wedding day, allowing us to build a thoughtful rapport that streamlines planning and ensures you feel truly taken care of.

Savannah is simply the best wedding coordinator ever! She is professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease from the very start. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly — I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. When the power went out during my getting ready time, I wasn’t even phased because Savannah immediately took charge and had a plan. She’s the kind of person who handles any worst-case scenario with total grace and confidence.

I worked with Natasha Gendron for my wedding and couldn’t have been happier! She did makeup for me (the bride), my mom, mother-in-law, aunt, and two sisters-in-law — all with different skin tones, textures, and styles — and everyone looked and felt amazing. Natasha was so kind, calm, efficient, and responsive throughout the process. During my trial, I asked for a natural, polished look that still felt like me, and she nailed it. After the trial, we chatted via text about how the makeup looked throughout the day and made note of a few small adjustments for the big day. My wedding day makeup held all day and night through tears, hugs, and dancing — and looked flawless in photos. It enhanced my natural features in such a flattering way, making me feel confident, beautiful, and still like myself, which was the most important thing for me :) I was referred to Natasha by our wedding photographer, Caylie Mash, who also recommended Areca Hollinsworth (Hair by Areca) for hair. Natasha and Areca have worked together on many weddings and it absolutely shows — they’re seamless, professional, and kept everything running smoothly. If you can book them both, do it! I’d recommend Natasha to anyone looking for a talented, thoughtful makeup artist. Already looking for an excuse to work with her again!

Hi, I'm Maddie! An overly abundant garden paved the way to our backyard urban flower farm in Snohomish-- with my husband, two kids + our dog in tow, we work hard to grow some of the best, most beautiful flowers you'll find in the Sno Valley. We're here to turn your DIY floral visions into reality with gorgeous, seasonal flowers. Bespoke, whimsical arrangements are my favorite, but also love romantic, flowy styles. I live for bold color and textures in my florals!

For our daughter's wedding, Maddie made a selection of STUNNINGLY beautiful hair combs with her fresh flowers and her artistic style. It was difficult to choose, but the winner was THE WINNER. !!! It was simple, stunning, tastefully artistic, and lasted throughout the outdoor wedding & reception fun. We were amazed. We would highly recommend Maddie for your fresh flower wedding decorations! (hmm... I wonder what terrific creation she could have made with her dried flowers?)
