    Elegant venue and Accommodating

    We booked The Grand Banquet Hall in Bothell for our wedding and couldn't be happier with our choice. From start to finish, the team was smooth to work with and genuinely listened to what we needed, especially when it came to our budget. What really impressed us was how stunning the space already is on its own, we barely needed any decorations because the elegant atmosphere was already there. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure everything felt personal. We saved money without sacrificing beauty, which felt like a huge win.

    The Grand Banquet Hall in Bothell completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like royalty. They are very attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making our event perfect. The venue itself is stunning. The ambiance is elegant yet inviting, with beautiful lighting and a layout that felt both grand and intimate at the same time. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the space. The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. Our guests are still talking about the menu weeks later! And for everything you get, the value is outstanding. We felt we truly got more than our money's worth. If you're looking for a venue that delivers on every front, The Grand Banquet Hall is it. We couldn't recommend it more highly!

To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for every guest, we ask that these house rules be observed. Outside catering is warmly welcomed; coordinate with our onsite manager beforehand. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the building, with designated outdoor areas available. Alcohol service must conclude promptly at midnight, allowing time for responsible departure. Decorations are encouraged, but permanent paint, adhesives, or other wall-altering materials are not permitted. Please avoid heavy glitter or confetti to protect equipment, carpet and maintain cleanliness. Lastly, no pets are allowed, except service animals.
Our in-house cleaning crew meticulously sanitizes and refreshes the venue before and after every booking, guaranteeing a spotless, healthy environment for you and your guests. This professional service covers trash removal, surface disinfection, floor care, and restroom detailing. A mandatory, separate cleaning fee will be added to your reservation invoice.
Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests. Situated in a convenient commercial district, the property offers 50–100 parking spaces, ensuring you can arrive, park, and proceed to your event without hassle or extra cost.
Standard 30 day Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
