Our chefs stay true to the philosophy of using the freshest ingredients available from the local harvest, resulting in better tasting and better-for-you food that benefits the environment and the local economy. We source many of our ingredients from within the community from local farms and producers, many of which are located right down the road from our kitchen in Monroe. When working with a wide range of people in the food/wine/event industry, with multiple local farmers, a passionate team of Terra Tovela staff, and beautiful authentic venues, Heaven is able to create something uniquely magical for every event.
