    Fantastic catering team

    We had Pacific Northwest Catering handle our wedding reception and cocktail hour and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our first conversation, their team responded quickly to every question and made the planning process simple and stress-free. On the day of our wedding, they showed up organized and ready to go—the buffet tables looked gorgeous and the food was absolutely delicious. What really impressed us was how they went above and beyond, helping us open champagne bottles for the toast, and helping set up our self-serve bar without even being asked! Their attention to detail and smooth coordination made our day feel effortless. We'd recommend Pacific Northwest Catering to anyone looking for a caterer who delivers incredible food and outstanding service.

    Highly recommend!

    Pacific Northwest Catering exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we did the tasting, we knew our wedding dinner was going to be amazing. All of our guests raved about the food, calling it some of the best they’ve ever had. They made us a beautiful and delicious cutting cake, presented everything perfectly, and were so pleasant and professional throughout the night. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our timeline, and bar service was quick and efficient. Planning with them was smooth - they were responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail.

    Amazing food and great service

    Pacific Northwest Catering provided prompt communication and answered any questions we had throughout the planning process. Their delicious food, beautiful presentation, and friendly, helpful catering staff contributed greatly to making our wedding day special!We received so many compliments from our guests on the quality of the food, and the caterers were always checking on us (the bride and groom) to make sure we were getting enough to eat and drink. Overall, we had a lovely experience with Pacific Northwest Catering and would definitely hire them again for a future event.

    Above and Beyond

    I can't recommend Pacific Northwest Catering enough. From the tasting to answering our many questions to our wedding, they always made us feel so well taken care of. Al was always quick with communication. As we've never organized an event like this before we had many questions and he always took time to answer and provide advice. They did push back at times that we had unrealistic expectations, always in a kind and respectful way and I'm so so thankful they did. This team has decades of experience and knows what they are doing. We found out later from family that our coordinator dropped the ball on some things, but PNC stepped up and made everything go so smoothly. On top of this the food and drinks were incredible. Everyone was talking about this. The staff were so friendly and matched the energy we wanted for our event. It has been a couple of months and my husband and I still talk about how grateful we are that we went with PNC.

    Great Food!!

    Pacific Northwest Catering did a fantastic job. The grilling on site brought the food to another level as it was fresh and bursting with flavor. They were really accommodating and flexible to work with. There were a few miscommunications as we got closer to the wedding but in the end they helped to make sure that everything was covered. The staff were friendly and respectful.
