From mexico to America my brother and I we started this journey in their youth surrounded by the culinary art of veracruz Working alongside their family we learned the rich flavors of Latin America after immigrating to the United States their journey continued by learning new flavors from working with various restaurants in seattle 2 decades later their dream of starting their own business was made a reality.     Rafael and Rafael were both amazing to work with right from the start. We did a tasting about a 1.5 years out from our wedding (we plan ahead...) and were sold on the food - we cannot recommend the Al Pastor sliders enough...we still dream about these. Leading up to the wedding day they were always very responsive to all of our questions (and I had a million of those...). For the wedding itself, they were extremely efficient and fed our 80 person wedding in roughly an hour (or less - we didn't exactly time it - but they were quick to get everyone food). The food itself was spectacular. We went with the taco cart with al pastor and carne asada tacos (with rice, beans, etc). Everyone loved it (especially us). They also did churros for our dessert - which were a big hit. Finally, they were the nicest people to work with - on the wedding day they were setting aside food for us while we were signing the marriage license and were giving us extra tacos - even though we only paid for 2-3 a person. We are honestly sad we don't have another big event to book them for and are hoping they open a restaurant we can visit frequently. You will not regret booking them!
