Hello, my name is Aidan! If you’re looking to elevate your wedding or special event with handcrafted charcuterie boards and grazing tables, look no further! I currently work as a chef in fine dining and have helped execute private dinners, cocktail receptions, weddings, and luxury catered events. I am now going back to school to receive my masters in Nutrition and I’m offering custom charcuterie experiences on the side to help pay for my degree. What sets my business apart is the passion and experience behind every board. I’ve spent years working in some of Seattle’s top fine dining restaurants, including as a Sous Chef, where I learned the art of elevated hospitality and presentation. I’m also earning my Master’s in Nutrition while working toward becoming a Registered Dietitian and pursuing my dream of becoming the Director of Performance Nutrition for the Seattle Seahawks. Every custom luxury charcuterie board is handcrafted with care for gatherings of up to 150 guests.

    The Perfect Edible Centerpiece

    Aidan created a stunning, one-of-a-kind charcuterie spread for my event, and it quickly became the talk of the evening. Every detail was beautifully presented, and the combination of savory and sweet selections was absolutely delicious.     Great Experience!

    We were absolutely blown away by the charcuterie spread at our wedding reception! Everything was beautifully arranged, fresh, and incredibly delicious.     Best Charcuterie Board

    Collins Charcuterie made planning food incredibly easy from start to finish. The team was straightforward about what they could do and what to expect, which took so much stress out of the process. Every detail they included felt intentional—nothing was overdone or unnecessary, just thoughtful choices that elevated our reception. Yes, we charge a standard fee for events outside Seattle City Limits. Additional fees may apply to deliveries to other boroughs.
Yes, my event minimum is 20 people.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
Yes, I will coordinate rentals based on your needs.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 5 months in advance.
I proudly serve Western Washington, covering regions west of the Cascade Mountains within Washington State lines.
Of course, I can provide luxury boards for all dietary restrictions.
Yes, I do, and for an additional fee, I can make small cakes and tarts for small gatherings.
