“High Voltage DJ was the last major vendor we booked because we truly believe music can make or break a party, and we wanted to get it right. Two weeks after our wedding, I can confidently say that the combo of HVDJ and our venue, Swan Lake Caterers, helped us throw an unforgettable celebration!
We chose a DJ, MC, and photo booth. HVDJ also provided music for guest arrival, our ceremony, and cocktail hour. Leading up to the big day, Matt worked with us to complete a planning form that helped organize all the details—from the wedding party lineup and processional to our grand entrance and toasts. After our final meeting, we felt confident everything would go smoothly, and it did!
We gave DJ Angelo a few must-play songs and shared the vibe we wanted for each part of the evening, but mostly asked him to read the room. He absolutely delivered! The only time the dance floor was empty was during dinner, and even then the music was so good I was singing along between bites. Throughout the night, the team checked in with us and kept the energy high. My cousins even joked that DJ Angelo might owe them new knees from dancing so much!
At the end of the night, Chris and Nolan from the photo booth had us take a picture for the cover of a photo album filled with guest snapshots and well wishes, a lovely surprise. They also gave us a USB with all the photos.
