“The photographer, Jonathan, and his assistant, were absolutely amazing. They arrived early, were flexible and really accommodating to our vision. They also really hustled! They took advantage of every spare moment they had to get additional photos, and kept us on schedule super tightly. They even carried around things like bottles of water for me (the bride) as we took lots of photos in the hot upper floor of the venue. Many guests also mentioned how beautifully the photos turned out. However, we did have an issue in which, due to an injury to the editor's hand, we did not receive our photos in the agreed-upon timeframe. Had we been informed of this delay ahead of time, we would not have had any issue just waiting a bit longer. The main concern was that we weren't alerted of this delay until after the initial deadline had passed. We did request a discount due to this, which they accommodated. And the photos did still turn out amazing!”

“Leah photographed our wedding at my family's property in Napa Valley, June 2024. Leah took lots of time to scope out the location and seemed to be absolutely *everywhere* during the wedding, at all the right moments. I didn't have to call her over once, because she was already there. She captured the emotions of the day, the little moments, the big moments, and made our day look like the fairytale wedding that it felt like. Once we got the photo gallery back (so quickly!) we relived the day all over again. We were tearing up and laughing at all the photos. I felt like I was looking at photos from a Brides magazine, but it was me! Another thing I'll mention is that Leah gives direction in a kind, calm and encouraging way. My husband is not too confident in photos and he felt SO comfortable posing with her there, and loves his photos too! “Our journey with Ann Marie started when we won (after the first winners didn’t need it after all) her engagement photo package at the Portland Venue Crawl. We were beyond grateful and excited to win such a valuable experience and quickly realized that Ann Marie was going to be so fun to work with. She is an AMAZING photographer, fun to work with, and is so thoughtful/ helpful during the planning journey. We’ve already had a friend say they’d hit her up if they get married because they loved our experience and photos so much. 10000% could not recommend her enough. When we were looking for a wedding and engagement photographer we wanted someone who was creative in their shots, had crystal clear photo quality, and had a true to life/vibrant photography style - and Maria was the perfect fit! We had a phone consultation where she asked thoughtful questions to get to know us as a couple but also helped asked things related to photography to help us communicate our desires and ensure she was the right fit. Maria wants her couples to have the dreamiest day and I loved how intentional she was with helping us communicate our vision - she’s the pro and knew exactly what to ask to get us thinking! We were immediately obsessed and left in awe at some sample galleries, so we signed right away. When it came time for our engagement photos we had this super fun pre-shoot questionnaire that once again consisted of thoughtful questions (our planner was SO impressed with them), such as if there were any specific shots we wanted or our comfort level with photos. My now husband and I sat down with wine and went through the questions together, so that itself was a fun planning experience. We’re not the most comfortable in front the camera so it was cool to feel seen and have her understand us before we arrived to the shoot. And let me tell you we had the BEST time! We felt comfortable so quickly and the shoot flew by. The photos turned out AMAZING and we got even more excited for the wedding. Before the wedding we had a questionnaire to go over our desires for the wedding (and even had a chance to put secret info if you had any surprises for people or just wanted her to be aware of certain family dynamics you don’t want widely disseminated). On our wedding day Maria even handled a situation for us when we asked for help and she was the most discreet and professional and got us taken care of. We just got our full gallery back and the photos are the dreamiest - incredible sunset photos, creative and thoughtful detail shots, and excellent photos of our guests. The gallery captures our day perfectly and is everything and more than we could have asked for. Maria is timely, talented, professional, a cool person, and is someone we’d hire again in a heartbeat. Plus, she’s always down for an adventure so if you want to travel I’m sure she’ll be happy to meet you there and help make your photography dreams come true. From the very first contact, he was incredibly responsive (super important to us), friendly and professional. His work looked great so we were excited - then we found out he was featured in Vogue! We were stoked. He was amazing to work with on the wedding day - punctual, friendly, got all the requested shots, and the whole bridal party loved him. We got our pictures back today - and they’re so much better than we could have dreamed of. It’s no wonder he was featured in Vogue - his work is artistic, candid, and beautiful. “We hired Steven and his team to do our wedding photos and videography. I really wanted a photographer that could capture the soul of the event, and Steven did exactly that. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. We gave him the difficult task of being prepared for 3 different locations with totally differing lighting (indoor/outdoor plus shooting from high sun into the night). He puts an immense amount of care into his work and the photos are truly art that we will cherish forever. If there are specific things you want covered, be sure to share a list. When it comes to capturing the moments that can't be planned, he is on the case!”

“Julie Morgan from Sound & Sea Photography gave me the photo session of my dreams. Her expertise and attention to detail left me worry and anxiety free. Being from out of state, we were able to connect via phone and zoom. I gave her my vision and some details i wanted to incorporate and BOY DID SHE DELIVER!!!! She gave me plenty of site options to choose from, and all were exactly what i was looking for. We narrowed it down to distance and ease to locate since we were traveling with little ones. She considered everyone and everything. Her outlook and sense of direction really made the absolute difference. She took factors of the elements, snow, sun, shade, fog, light and gave us the most beautiful moments. Even capturing the little candid moments with the kids and my new husband were so heart warming. “Coral is absolutely the sweetest person and BEST photographer you can get to capture your special day and love story. She takes the time to truly get to know you and thoughtfully curates a plan for the shoot to incorporate all the locations that are special to you, your story, & your love. Not only is she very calm and comforting (which is much needed amidst all the wedding chaos), she is incredibly skilled at her work -- she gave us very clear cues for posing, adapted the itinerary based on the weather forecasts & lighting/time of day, found amazing locations for truly breathtaking shots with her artistic eye, balanced multiple cameras on her own, & even shot some behind-the-scenes videos of our special day that she could give us the same day. Ultimately, we both felt that Coral really took the time to understand us and our story, and sharing those honest conversations left us with so much faith that she would capture our story and us authentically. And from just the bts videos and sneak peek gallery we saw so far, we are so so happy that we chose Coral as our photographer because she really has that special ability to capture all the raw emotions and happiness that we felt. “Marissa was amazing every step of the way. She helped to narrow down an elopement location base off of our wants. She also came up with a detailed schedule for the whole time spent with her, and options to choose from base off the location we picked! Due to weather, I had a freak out a couple days before the elopement. When I emailed her about my concerns, she responded within 15 minutes reassuring me she was making a back up plan and emailed a new detailed schedule with options within a few hours! And the pictures?! Phenomenal! Everything I could have hoped for!”
