From day one, Ann was able to use her experience to provide advice throughout the process. She was able to secure wonderful vendors for our requests (as Punjabi Sikh weddings have multiple traditions). She was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns, whether via text or phone calls. Her ability to problem-solve was especially admired when weather affected original plans. They are always ten steps ahead, and somehow they're in like a million places at once with a smile on their face. Every ceremony and reception I've worked with them has always transformed into the most beautiful and stunning backdrop, no detail left untouched. Their communication style is amazing, always checking in with their couples to see how they can best serve them. Coming from a wedding photographer myself, I've seen many wedding timelines, some good some bad. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Memories Made with Brittney LaShea! Brittney was instrumental in making the wedding of my dreams come true! Listen—I am a project manager by profession—super organized, type A control freak, very particular—so for me to hand over the most important day of my life to someone else seemed unimaginable. But from my first meeting with Brittney, I felt nothing but utter confidence in her abilities and she definitely proved me right! I hired Brittney for day-of coordination about 2-3 months out from my wedding which took place March 2025. Brittney is an EXPERT event planner who was able to give me so much guidance even though I was so far into wedding planning. She is also EXTREMELY thorough—“day-of” coordination doesn’t just mean you show up on the day of the wedding and Brittney understands that. She put in the necessary prep work, reviewing vendor contracts, creating a detailed day of timeline, coordinating with vendors, and leading the rehearsal. Working with Brittney in the weeks leading up to the wedding and in particular at the rehearsal, I was able to observe the intentionality with which she builds relationships with people. On the wedding day, Brittney was a literal SUPERHERO. She comes equipped with walkie talkies and the most thorough emergency kit I’ve ever seen! There were things that went wrong throughout the day (that’s inevitable) but Brittney shielded me from so much of that by making executive decisions and coming up with solutions on the fly, which allowed me to just enjoy my day. Cold sparks tripped the power in the reception hall—Brittney handled it. Wind kept blowing over the arch as they were trying to decorate—Brittney handled it. By the end of the night, I didn’t want to deal with the train on my reception dress—Brittney handled it (the woman literally stitched a bustle for me lol). I could go on and on forever about how amazing this woman is. My family, the vendors, and even random guests commented on what an incredible job she did. So I’m just going to say anyone would be LUCKY to have Brittney on their team.

First off let me state that if anyone if planning a wedding, definitely hire a Day of Coordinator, even if you think you do not need on as it definitely helps the day go smoother! I also recommend not hiring the cheapest coordinator as remember you get what you pay for and some are just not experienced at all as I learned this the hard way!!!!!!! I hired another lady because she was cheaper and she turned out to be horrible!!!! I found this company and spoke with Alex and Ariel at the beginning and let me tell you...... what a relief. I told them about the situation with the other planner and they were so kind and understanding. I am so happy to have found someone who was more of what i needed and knew what they were doing. Everything was great. They have a portal you can communicate with as well as text messages and so on. I felt great and anytime i felt overwhelmed with anything, they were there to help me! I hired most of my vendors, but the bartender and caterer they provided was wonderful and the food was spectacular!!!!! Everyone had lots of fun and our coordinators for the day were both awesome and on top of everything. I am telling you all now..... hire them!!!!

If you aren't sure if you need her or not, trust me, you do :) She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and truly cares about the wants and needs of your wedding day. I've never met anyone who is as readily-available as her. Whenever we had any questions, concerns, updates (which was a LOT) we could call or text her at any time and she'd be on it within (literally) seconds. Our wedding day turned out better than we could have ever imagined and we can thank Jessica for that. She made us feel like her only client, always a priority. From start to finish (Jan 2022 - Sept 2022), Jessica made everything easier on us, especially because we had no idea where to even begin! From choosing vendors, vendor communications, keeping us on track with monthly tasks, etc. I've said it many times and I'll say it again and again, our day was flawless thanks to her! Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))

My wife, Summer, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2024. This year, I decided to apply to Wish Upon a Wedding in hopes of giving Summer the day she always hoped for. Wish Upon a Wedding is a nonprofit organization that gifts weddings and vow renewals to couples facing terminal or life-changing illnesses. When they came into our lives, Summer and I were in a season where joy felt complicated and hope looked very different than we imagined. Through Wish Upon a Wedding, we were paired with our wedding planner, Married by Mariella. Mariella donated her time, talent, and heart completely free of charge. What’s important to say is that Mariella didn’t just coordinate our vow renewal. She planned it from the ground up, picking every single vendor and executing the day completely. Courtney and her team at Combe & Co were AMAZING! As an event planner and type A personality it was hard to turn something over to someone when you have a vision in your head of what it should look like Those fears and that anxiety were put to rest as soon as I met Courtney and her team. Her month, week and day of coordination went off without a hitch. There were hiccups as with all weddings but I never even knew about them. Her team knew what I needed before I ever even said anything. I cant recommend Combe & Co to enough people.

Hiring Sidney with Esse Event Planning was the best decision we made for our wedding. We hired her for her planning and floral services. She ensured we met on a frequent basis to make sure we covered every aspect of the day, and she came with great ideas for bringing our vision together. She communicated directly with vendors which lifted a lot of that responsibility off our shoulders and ensured everyone had the details needed for day of. And on the wedding day, my husband and I didn't have to lift a finger. Everything ran smoothly without a hitch. We even received complements from our guests about how smoothly everything was running! Working with Sidney for floral design was such a fun experience. She came with a mood board after our first conversation and was very transparent with what our budget could get us, which ended up being so much more than we expected!
