From full-service wedding planning to bespoke social events and seasonal installations, every detail is approached with artistry and precision. Our white-glove, concierge model means one contract, one point of contact, and a seamlessly orchestrated team of trusted artisans. We handle the logistics, curate the right creative partners, and guide the process from first sketch to final send-off, so you can be fully present.
With roots in history, art direction, and experiential production, our work blends timeless elegance with modern imagination. We are known for weaving heirlooms into design, collaborating closely with photographers to capture intentional moments, and building atmospheres that feel cinematic and deeply personal. Based in Savannah and serving the Southeast, Port Town Collective accepts a limited number of commissions each year to ensure every celebration receives our full attention.

Port Town Collective was an incredible wedding planning partner for our special day. From the beginning, their communication style was thorough, straight forward, and reasonable, which put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and value they provided was truly everlasting - their craftsmanship and attention to detail was unparalleled, and their integrity shone through in every aspect of our wedding. They planned our entire wedding and assisted with creating the most beautiful floral arrangements out of potted plants that are still growing on our property today and reminding us of our special day a year later. We are in awe of Port Town Collective and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a wedding planning partner they can trust to bring their vision to life in the most incredible way.

We hosted a small wedding at our venue with Port Town Collective as the wedding planner for our couple. They were spot on with their communication, vision, attention to detail and professionalism. Best event planner!
Josh and the whole PTC Team helped make our special evening so amazing. We were celebrating our wedding (party only) and they absolutely nailed every last detail! They thoughtfully presented a great venue, beautiful menu, fun drinks and stayed respectful of our budget. They were friendly and easy to communicate with at every step, answered questions promptly, and were fantastic on the day-of the event too. Our caterer was amazing, and there was food cake leftover, which PTC thoughtfully packaged up for us and dropped at our hotel - allowing us to keep the party going at a nearby bar with friends! They thought of every detail and we were beyond thrilled. We received so many compliments. Use Josh and PTC for your event - they will NOT disappoint!!
