Hi there, my name is Lily Quinn-Hendrick, I am the owner and head planner of El Events, specializing in wedding planning, design, and coordination. What started as a wedding gift to a friend quickly turned into a passion for curating weddings specific to each couple. I received my BA in Communications from UTC and fell in love with Chattanooga during my four years in college. When I’m not planning weddings you can catch me in yoga or spin, hanging out with my dog Sophie, or with my nose in good thriller. It is always such an honor to be a part of a couple’s special day. I can’t wait to help you make your dreams come to life!
I believe in over communication, getting to know couples on a deeper level, and becoming like a friend you feel comfortable trusting with every detail. Connection & communication are the most important aspects of my job.

El Events & National Park Wedding
Lily and Rachel at El Events made our dream of a national park wedding come to life. We got married at Glacier Point in Yosemite and held our reception at a private cabin in Wawona. It was not exactly a standard venue setup, and to make it more complicated, we planned this from across the country. Lily handled every piece of that complexity flawlessly. She was in constant, clear communication with us throughout planning, and on the day itself, she and Rachel managed all the logistics, which let us and our families just enjoy the day. And as an added bonus, Lily's personality is magnetic! Steven and I knew every planning meeting with her would end in laughter. Exactly the help you need
From the start, the communication with El Events was open and direct. They were responsive over email and text, and we had productive video calls to discuss our vision. Getting paired with the right vendors was a big priority, and El Events delivered - they worked with us to find the perfect florist, cake vendor, and other details that fit our style and budget. Their attention to the day-of logistics was invaluable, handling the setup and tear down so I could just focus on enjoying my wedding. While it felt a little strange at first, getting to know their team, they quickly proved their value and I'm so grateful for how they contributed to making our special day a success.
