“We hired Kristin as our month-of coordinator for our 85 person wedding at the Grand Hyatt Vail in July 2025. From the very first phone call, Kristin was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating in our interactions with her. She developed an incredibly detailed timeline for our wedding party and vendors, handled a multitude of last minute additions flawlessly, and helped us think of so many little things that improved both ours and our guests' experiences. As a super organized & extremely type A bride, I was initially on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator because I thought I had planned thoroughly enough that I wouldn't need one and our venue provided a coordinator who handled logistics on their end. However, I am so glad that we made room in our budget to bring Kristin on board as she was worth every penny we paid her and more. I interviewed 6-8 different day-of coordinators, and what you get in terms of value with Kristin's packages were top notch - many other coordinators wanted to charge us similar prices for meaningfully less support leading up and/or limited hours of coverage day-of or hours that didn't make sense. At the end of the day, someone has to be the person answering the phones from your vendors day of and making sure your catering is on track, and we are so happy we spent the money to take that burden off ourselves or our family. Kristin took care of so many things that none of us would have had time for on the day of that our venue would not do, helped us get back on track timeline wise when we were running late (through no fault of her own), and always seemed like she had the magic ability to be in multiple places at once. Plus, having her handle vendor communication in the last month when we were scrambling to finish everything on our end was invaluable. Kristin also took so many candid videos and photos for us throughout the day which we are so grateful for! We did not have a videographer as it was not a priority, but love having just simple iPhone recordings of our vows, speeches, first dance, and more. She also got some amazing moments from later in the night on the dancefloor after our photographer had left for the evening. Hire Kristin if you are even thinking about it! She was some of the best money we spent the entire weekend, and some of our out of state family even asked for her business card because she was so great.”

Her expertise leading up to the event and attention to detail on the day itself allowed us to breathe easier knowing she was taking care of the details and would manage any last-minute or unexpected concerns. All I knew was that we wanted something intimate in San Clemente with about 20 guests and a small budget. What I didn’t realize was that I didn’t just need a planner - I needed a true event designer. Enter Stacy. She was the first and only person I met with, and I was sold immediately. She took the time to understand my vibe and created beautiful design presentations with everything from color palettes to candles, greenery, and table details. She made decisions feel easy instead of overwhelming and somehow translated my scattered thoughts into a cohesive vision that felt deeply personal to me and my husband. Because we don’t live in San Clemente, I was especially stressed about vendors and venues. Stacy handled ALL of it - photography, videography, catering, rentals, transportation, and a gorgeous ceremony space overlooking the beach. I barely communicated with anyone directly; I just signed where needed and trusted her completely. We had some pretty strange requests such as bringing a piece of cake with us since we were leaving straight on her honeymoon and WOW she was just… amazing.
