In 1970, we acquired the red brick Quaker House, Carriage House and garden at 2121 Decatur Place NW. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals.
