    Bent Creek is a wonderful venue with an amazing staff. They are not only super organized and professional, but they are genuinely nice people and that goes a long way. I truly look forward to working with them each event, and love the attention to detail they provide. I can't wait until we collaborate on the next event!

No, you do not need to be a member to have your wedding at Bent Creek. Having a member of Bent Creek sponsor your wedding will waive the Room Rental fee.
We charge a Room Rental fee of $2,500 for weddings on Saturdays, and $1,500 for weddings on Friday and Sunday. There is an additional $1,000 fee to host your ceremony on-site.
The room rental fee includes all tables, chairs, floor-length linens, china, glassware, and other furniture as well as the set-up of those. The Bent Creek Country Club staff works diligently to create a custom layout that best fits the client’s needs and we take care of all the set up and tear down before and after your event.
The Director of Catering Sales at Bent Creek will work closely with the bride & groom to plan all menu and set-up needs for your wedding, and there will always be a Bent Creek manager provided as a lead contact for your big day. Bent Creek does not offer day-of coordinating services.
Bent Creek must supply all food and beverage for your event. All other vendors (DJ, Band, Photographer, Florist) may be chosen at your discretion. Bent Creek is happy to provide a list of preferred vendors that have frequented BCCC.
Yes, you may decorate as long as you do not need use of a ladder. Any decorating that requires the use of a ladder must be done by an insured vendor that can provide proof of insurance. Candles are allowed at Bent Creek. Any open flame centerpiece must be approved by the Bent Creek staff.
