    Wedding Review

    From our first conversation with the Cork Factory Hotel team, we knew we'd made the right choice. Keri, our wedding coordinator, was responsive and straightforward throughout the entire planning process, making every decision feel easy. On our wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly so we could focus on celebrating with our loved ones. The venue itself is stunning—the space feels romantic and elegant without being overdone. The staff handled every detail with precision, and the whole experience was worth every penny.     Efficient and Perfect!

    The Cork Factory was our number one choice from the jump. Our coordinator Erica was so helpful, they made the process so easy, and I was amazed on the day of at how efficient the whole team was. I never saw a line at the bar, they nailed my table decor vision, and it was the best day ever. Everything was included: food, booze, our cake, AND a one-night stay at the hotel on the wedding night (with free King Jacuzzi Suite upgrade). If you're considering it, just do it!

    The Best Day!

    We cannot say enough great things about our experience at the Cork Factory Hotel, thanks to the incredible team that made our wedding so special, starting with our first discussions and meeting with Keri! First and foremost, our coordinator, Mary, was an absolute rockstar. From the moment we started planning to the last dance of the night, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Her attention to detail, organization, and calming presence made all the difference. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her! The culinary team also deserves a huge shoutout for their flexibility and dedication to accommodating dietary needs. They provided amazing gluten-free options for Christine and select guests, ensuring that everyone had a delicious meal without any worries. All of the food was incredible, and the service was just as impressive, from our rehearsal dinner at the bakers table, our reception, and our morning after breakfast. We also want to recognize Rosetta at the front desk, who went out of her way to fix an issue with our room. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, making sure we were comfortable and happy. From start to finish, the entire team exceeded our expectations, and we are beyond grateful for their hard work.     We can't say enough about the Cork Factory Hotel! We're a full-service entertainment company in Lancaster, PA, and have worked at dozens of venues in the area, but none compare to the Cork Factory Hotel! From their catering staff to their wedding coordinators, to their beautiful property to the amazing food - you can't beat this place! It's such a joy working with a team of professionals who genuinely care. We've worked with Cork Factory on over 100+ events, and every single one of them was executed with perfection! Love this place!

Our Ballroom Wedding Package includes the following: service charge and tax, wedding specialists to coordinate your wedding details, event manager to guide your event, elegant table settings, champagne or sparkling cider toast, pre-selected plated or buffet dinner with a served salad course, buttercream wedding cake, and one overnight stay in a standard hotel room or suite.
Depending on the wedding package you select, a four or five hour reception (including cocktail hour) is included. An on-site ceremony adds 30 minutes to the overall time frame.
Yes. We require hosts to obtain liability insurance for your event with a minimum of $1,000,000 of coverage that names Cork Factory Hotel, LLC, Urban Place, LP, and Buena Vista Company, Inc. as additional insureds.
While our pricing is consistent year-round, we do offer reduced rates for Friday, Sunday, and weekday weddings, along with occasional seasonal incentives.
Our peak season is typically fall; however, since we are a fully indoor venue, our bookings remain pretty consistent throughout the year. Pricing varies based on the day of the week, but not by season.
January-March and July-August are typically our slowest months for weddings.
Yes. When you book your wedding with us, you'll receive access to our list of recommended vendors, who are carefully chosen based on our experience with them. The list includes DJs and bands, photographers, florists, and more!
Yes. Pending availability, you may block up to 20 hotel rooms with no financial obligation. If you request a block of more than 20 rooms, you will be responsible for filling at least 80% of your block. Your guests will receive a group discount, which is typically about $30 less than our standard room rates.
