About this venue
We can date our property back to 1867 when it was a fully operational tobacco farm. Today, these historic buildings are part of what makes our property so special. A blend of modern design with vintage charm amongst over 10-acres of stunning gardens make The Inn at Leola Village truly unique. Specializing in stress-free planning, we offer not only the venue and catering, but also a 60-room luxury hotel, award-winning salon and day spa, restaurants, after-party bars, on-site florist, pastry chef and experienced coordinators. Wedding at the Inn August
The Inn at Leola Village was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication style was open, direct, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process through the day of! Everyone we worked with was great and the value they provided was fantastic - everything was amazing from start to finish. They were very accommodating to our guests, and took care of everything so we could fully enjoy our special day. The rooms on site were great, and it was truly the best venue and experience we could have hoped for. We highly recommend The Inn at Leola Village to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding venue.

The Inn at Leola Village is truly one of the best venues around! Every time I have the honor of photographing a wedding here, I’m reminded just how incredible their entire team is. From start to finish, they are so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful—always going above and beyond to make sure everything runs seamlessly for couples (and vendors too!). The staff communicates beautifully throughout the planning process, which makes such a difference on the wedding day. You can feel how much they care about creating an amazing experience for everyone involved. And the food—absolutely phenomenal! Their meals are consistently delicious and beautifully presented, which guests always rave about. I’m so thankful to work alongside such a kind and professional team at a venue that radiates charm, elegance, and hospitality. The Inn at Leola Village is a true gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
Our Fairytale Wedding
We just got married at the Inn at Leola Village on August 16th. It was truly the best decision we made, and the best venue for us. The food was incredible; the service was amazing. Our guests were so impressed by the timing and flow of the whole evening. We, the bride and groom, had a wonderful time and got to enjoy ourselves, the food, and spend time with our guests. It was everything we hoped for and more. We have Gianna, our event coordinator, to thank for this memorable moment in our lives. Gianna took over as soon as we signed all the papers. She guided us every step of the way and took great care of us, attended to special needs and requests, helped us with floor plans, made sure we were on top of our homework (e.g., arranging floorplan, bringing in additional décor for tables, etc.), checked in with our vendors, set up our Room Block, our ceremony rehearsal, and so much more. It was a lot of work, but Gianna made it seamless. We had a 60-person wedding at Bella Giardino, which is the smaller venue by the restaurant. We took beautiful pictures throughout the Inn’s grounds, with its beautiful gardens, bridge, etc. A couple of guests left saying they’d like to have their wedding here, too! A lot of thought went into selecting this venue from so many wonderful venues in the area. First, we needed to stay within budget. Being close to international airports was important since over half of our guests were from out of town. Because of that, we wanted to make sure this was as easy as possible for them and chose a place with a hotel or inn. Finally, the food had to be great. The Inn at Leola Village just checked all our boxes from the start. Tara was our first (very patient) point of contact and provided us with a clear brochure of what was offered. The package included the venue, ceremony, an event coordinator, a room block discount, 30-minute rehearsal ceremony, 2 getting ready rooms, 2 seats at their tasting event, THE CAKE (it was delicious), open bar, among other things. There were a lot of combinations to choose from, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options and they were just as good as the standard offerings. There were also kid-friendly options, which was great for us since a few of our guests were children under 12. One thing to note is that you must use the Village Floral for rentals and flowers. Tracie and team were wonderful. I sent them some ideas of what we wanted, and they did all the rest. The flower arrangements for each table were gorgeous, and the prices were competitive when compared to other florists in the area. The venue has other amenities, including a spa, beauty salon, and barber, upon request. They just know what they’re doing. I gifted hair and makeup to my bridal party. Most of them were from out of town and didn’t know where to go for hair and makeup, so it just worked out beautifully for everyone. We did have one little hiccup there, but it was fixed immediately. I could go on and on, really. In short, we’d recommend this venue to any couple that’s looking for their fairytale wedding with the Inn’s aesthetic, amenities, and excellent service. Now we’re talking about maybe booking a weekend there on our anniversaries. Cheers!

Choosing The Inn at Leola Village was 100% the best wedding decision we could have made!! Everything was incredible and seamless, from the planning process to the wedding weekend. We’ve gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was, how incredibly nice everyone was, and how well everything flowed. Planning couldn’t have been easier, since everything was taken care of on site, and we loved having all our loved ones able to stay at the venue. I wish we could relive the weekend over and over!
