Hey, I'm Joliette! I recently moved to Westchester, NY with my husband and labradoodle, Basil, after living in Manhattan for the last 8 years. I'm obsessed with dancing, cookies, dogs, and of course, love! I put relationships first, photos second. I want to know your love story, so I can capture your true essence. I'm not just here for the photos, I'm here to make your life easier, however I can! When you see me and my camera, I want you to breathe a sigh of relief, not tense up at the sound of the shutter. That's why I'll help you figure out ALL of the details of your session from start to finish.

With 400+ weddings behind me, I've spent years perfecting the art of capturing the real thing: the laugh you didn't know was caught, the tear your dad tried to hide, the quiet moment between just the two of you. Based at the edge of the Adirondacks, I'll follow your story wherever it takes us across New York State and Vermont, wherever your day unfolds.

Where to even begin. Erin was amazing right from the start! Communication was so easy and he got back to me within a business day! Come day of and we had some rain, but Erin was so quick to shift gears and use the rain as a supporting actor. Even with the weather, he was still able to get the pictures we requested and ones that are so unique! Erin captured our day PERFECTLY and we could not be any happier! Erin was able to get our pictures back super quickly which is a huge plus and deserves all the bonus points! We also hired a videographer for the day and he worked super well with him! The flash drive was delivered in a personalized wood box with one of our pictures printed on the top. I honestly forgot about that, so it was a lovely surprise! I would include every single picture he took of our day to include in my review if I could. So, if you’re hesitating on booking Erin, don’t hesitate any longer. He’s the man for you!

Thomas and his team were wonderful for our wedding in December! Right from the start he was super helpful to give us all the information and didn't sugar coat anything. I will say I was a little suspicious at first when he said "I can do any style you want" I know some photographers only stick to certain styles. And with our wedding being in Sturbridge MA I was expecting a travel fee. But he wanted us to make sure that he was a professional, he keeps things fair all across the board. Thomas is also super quick when it comes to messaging! If I had any questions he would respond rather quickly. He surpassed my expectations with how accommodating him and his team were when working with us, even changing our minds about packages and addon's only a couple weeks out. On the actually day of the wedding, Thomas and his team were truly our hype men! Even when I was getting ready with my bridesmaids he was in on all of our jokes and making us laugh. While I was getting ready, I heard that the groomsmen and my husband were having the best time getting all the group photos of them. I can not recommend this team enough!

We cannot recommend Jason highly enough! From the very beginning of our wedding planning process, he was amazing to work with. He kept in touch regularly, offering helpful suggestions when we were unsure about timelines or logistics. On wedding day, Jason was an absolute joy to work with. He brought such positive energy and made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. He remembered every detail we discussed beforehand—from specific photo ideas to family members’ names—and even came up with creative ideas on the spot based on the location, lighting, and his incredible experience. He sent over several sneak peek photos the very next morning! It was so exciting to see how beautifully everything turned out, and it made us even more eager for the full gallery. Jason’s turnaround time was exactly as promised in his contract, and he continued to check in with us throughout the process, even though he was clearly busy with other weddings. Jason’s talent, professionalism, and thoughtfulness made him such an important part of our wedding. We're so grateful to have found him and for the stunning memories he captured and would 1000% recommend him to anyone. If we have the chance to work with him again in the future, we absolutely will!

Photography for people who dread being photographed. With 15+ years specializing in camera-shy couples, I've learned that your wedding is not a generic fantasy from the interne, it's a legacy. The industry pushes couples to perform for the camera, but when you already feel awkward being photographed, that pressure can erase the real, unscripted story of your people. My approach is built for humans who hate being photographed. I create an experience that melts stiffness and anxiety so the raw, honest truth of your connection shows up and the story of everyone who matters is protected.

Welcome! And Congratulations! I am a Wedding & Family Photographer based in Plattsburgh, NY. I grew up in Charlotte, VT where I fell in love with Lake Champlain and all the beauty that Vermont has to offer. I now live in Rouses Point, NY and continue to be drawn by Lake Champlain and its charm. When I am not behind the camera capturing the authenticity of my clients moments I am spending quality time with my husband, his two beautiful children and our two dogs. We spend our summers on Lake Champlain and our winters inside the hockey rink. My love of photography started the moment I held my first camera. I hope to share that passion with you!

Awarded Best of Zola
We were very pleased with Kyla! She was so willing to adapt to our changes as the weather dictated. As an older couple , we didn’t feel the need to have every traditional shot .. we wanted candid shots of our family enjoying themselves along with our tiny ceremony. She blended into the background to accomplish just that and thought quickly on her feet to notice a break in the weather to get outdoor group shots and some of us by our boat . We were definitely too involved in the enjoyment of the day to look for those opportunities and we are so glad she was on it ! We love the photo memories she has created for us and would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering a photographer for their event!

We are based in the Adirondack Mountains in Lake Pleasant and love capturing nature's beauty. Ya know, Netflix and eat snacks. We have a daughter, Harper who is our IVF FET miracle, five cats and three pups, 35 chickens, two goats and a bunny so we know how to wrangle your family for pictures.

Brain was such a joy to work with for our Wedding in August! He made everyone laugh and relax during photos! The preview photos were amazing and we can't wait to see the rest :)

Jeremy and Jennifer are a husband and wife team! With 3:17 Photography you get two photographers to capture your day!! What is better than two people in love capturing your once in a lifetime moments? Your wedding means so much to us and we want to make your day perfect from beginning to end!!! When we started our company we promised that we would always charge what we could of afforded when we got married. We feel as though so many couples are being taken advantage of by other companies.

Awarded Best of Zola
Jennifer and Jeremy are truly the most incredible people you could have by your side on your wedding day. From the very first moment, they made us feel completely at ease, and it quickly became clear that they were so much more than photographers — they were our guides, our support system, and our calm in the chaos. Honestly, without them, so much could have gone differently; they were absolutely priceless and worth every single penny. Their professionalism, kindness, and preparedness are unmatched. From planning to execution, they thought of everything — big and small — and made sure we never had to worry about a thing. On the day itself, I watched them quietly put out fires, organize people, and ensure we had everything we needed — all while capturing the most breathtaking, emotional, and timeless photographs. Every single picture tells a story, and every story is more beautiful than we could have imagined. What really sets Jennifer and Jeremy apart is how deeply they care. We trusted them completely, and that trust was met with nothing but care, attention, and joy. Our family relied on them throughout the day more than anyone else, and they were always there with a steady hand, a kind smile, and an eye for the moments we didn’t even notice. Even with a huge team of vendors around us, they were the ones who made everything feel effortless and truly magical. Hiring Jennifer and Jeremy wasn’t just about photography — it was about having people we could trust completely to capture and protect our memories, to make the day feel seamless, and to give us photos that we will treasure forever. They are extraordinary, both as artists and as human beings, and I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re considering them, do it — they will make your wedding day everything you dreamed of and more.

Christopher Duggan Photography
Rating: 5.0 (47 reviews)

In the 20 years that I've been photographing professionally, I’ve honed my skill of knowing when to step in and make things happen, and when to step back and simply *allow* things to happen. Documenting the REAL emotion of the day is how we capture those picture-perfect moments. They happen organically, not by force, and I promise you: we're not going to miss ANY of them. = )

Awarded Best of Zola
Christopher was SO much fun to work with throughout the entire process. From the engagement photos, the rehearsal dinner to the wedding itself, Christopher was there finding the best shots. His demeanor and communication style put us at ease and actually made the process fun! The quality (and quantity!) of the team's work was impressive and they managed to capture the most memorable and funny moments that we still get to relive to this day. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Lacie was the absolute kindest, most sincere and down-to-earth photographer I've ever met! She was thorough with all of her questions, and made sure that we were all on the same understanding of how her process worked. During our engagement photos, she made us feel comfortable, and we could be our goofy selves, which made the photos feel so much more real, rather than posed. She is a natural and would make anyone feel beautiful/handsome! Our wedding photos still make me tear up! They are so beautiful, and she and her sister did the most amazing job! I can't believe how amazing she was with giving us time, and making sure that we got all the photos we had wanted and then some. We were so incredibly lucky to have her as our photographer and will be using her again in the future 3

I have no doubt of the talent that overflows from this studio, but mine and my (now husband!)'s hearts were set on Rob after we spent 3 hours hanging out with him, sheltering from the cold rain since we motorcycled there. His grace and warm demeanor belies how quickly and astutely he notices little details, almost like a supercomputer (or like a Rob...ot! hah). He is an expert at assessing lighting situations, but what's even more impressive is how he can massage the vibe of the room to herd people where he wants them to go. Also, his double-holster camera setup makes him look so freakin cool! I often feel like weddings are an elaborate play/dinner, meant to entertain and satiate the family members who attend. Considering the stress of being project manager and hostess, having Rob for our engagement shoot and on our wedding day was something we both looked forward to immensely. Things are fun with him! And he's so thoughtful, another relief from stressful planning and expectations. He went rooting through the shrubbery and got us pictures of adorable bumblebees, remembering that we were so smitten by them during our engagement shoot :) He didn't find any snails, though! Oh, well! I'm often critical of photographers' work because I am so critical of my own. But, without a doubt, I recognize the leagues of honed talent that Rob has, as well as his studio! The assistant, Lilly, is smart and such a sweetheart, and whoever does the editing -- Emily? -- is awesome. For people who would prefer to do photography work themselves, Ryan and I choose Rob without question. Thank you, Rob and co., for all your hard work and dedication to craft!!!!!!

Some of those captures from that night are treasured gems and we love looking back on them. Immediately I knew I’d want to hire her again for a future family photoshoot if she was back in California! Fast forward to May 2025, Dani so graciously helped us with family pictures in Lands End. We had 9 people total and the entire experience was SO enjoyable. She captured some poses on film too which provided such unique results! We didn’t feel stiff or awkward since Dani is so great at guiding us. We used her photos for our holiday cards & are so happy with the turnout!

You know that all encompassing feeling when you’re revisiting a vivid memory? You can smell the fresh air, feel the way the sun hits your face just so, hear the voice of the loved one next to you, remember the joke that they delivered and instantly you’re laughing all over again. That magic is what I hope to capture as your photographer. It’s my job to hold those moments in time so that they don’t have to fade. You’ll forever be able to revisit the moment, see the exact way they smiled, revisit that incredible sunset, relive the memory and turn back time.

Awarded Best of Zola
We knew Jess would take great photos — we’d already done our engagement shoot with her and loved her work — but on our wedding day, she truly outdid herself. From the moment she arrived, she picked up on exactly what we needed. I (the bride) was feeling overwhelmed by how many people were in the room while I was getting dressed, and Jess immediately noticed. She said all the right things to calm me down and even offered to kindly ask people to step out so I could breathe. Throughout the day, she kept everything running smoothly. She knew how to make us laugh, how to organize big groups effortlessly, and how to move things along quickly — which I especially appreciated since I’m not one for endless posed photos. Jess doesn’t just take stunning pictures; she takes the time to really get to know you beforehand, and that personal connection shines through in her work. Our experience with her was so wonderful, it honestly feels like we made a new friend. We can’t recommend her enough!

My name is Ali Cushing; a NY-based photographer working in a blended documentary and editorial approach, emphasized with a cinematic method, and a personalized, true to life editing style. I am honored to be entrusted with depicting genuine love, authentic characters, and immortalizing precious memories. I see beauty in the subtle details as much as the wide, epic scene, while I see glory in the mundane in-between moments as much as the heart thudding highs. I am adamant that everyone, of all genders and orientations, any ethnicity, culture, or faith, all shapes, ages, and abilities, are welcome and I’d be delighted to work with you.

Awarded Best of Zola
I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Ali! She reached out to me on Zola and I am so glad she did. I was impressed with her portfolio and I really loved seeing how she would capture little moments in the weddings she had done. We set up a video call before booking and we clicked. She is very calm and helped with my pre-wedding nerves. She worked with us on a payment plan and she was always very quick to respond to any of my questions. She really listened to what we wanted. She got to the venue early to scout out different shots and came to check in with me a couple of times before we even began taking photos, which I did not expect but was very sweet and considerate of her. When we were taking photos, she really helped to guide the more “posed” photos but she also captured a lot of beautiful candid moments. We had so many guests come up to us and compliment her and that was before we even got the photos back. She sent us our sneak peeks the next day and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. She captured so many beautiful moments and her style is exactly what we wanted. Nothing felt “overly edited” just perfectly genuine. I cannot recommend Ali enough. I cannot wait to see the full gallery of photos because I know they will be nothing short of perfect.

Saige was incredible! She brought such an exciting yet calm energy to our day and captured so many beautiful moments. I can’t say enough good things about her, if I could do it all over again I would still choose her to be our photographer!

Richard was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first connected, his communication was impeccable. He was incredibly responsive, understanding our vision and needs every step of the way. The quality of his work is simply outstanding - there isn't anyone better equipped to capture the magic and emotion of your fairytale wedding day. Richard went above and beyond the call of duty, becoming part of our family over the course of planning and then solidified that on our wedding weekend. He captured every special moment with such love and passion for his craft. We are over the moon with the incredible photographs that will allow us to relive our day for years to come. Krutick Photography is truly in a league of their own and we cannot recommend them enough! This was hands down the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding process. I can’t wait for him to capture more of our moments in life together.

After graduating from Parson's School of Art in Manhattan, I worked as a fine artist, my work involved photography and photo manipulation. I quickly discovered that I loved and excelled at photo retouching, and went on to work for some of the best photo retouching studios in New York. In 2009 I shot my first wedding, it was a dear friend of mine and the beautiful photos were featured in one of the biggest wedding magazines. I realized that I had found my calling and have been producing stunning wedding photographs with my amazing team and clients ever since.

From the moment we first spoke with Emma Cleary Photo and Video, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication style was clear, prompt, detail-oriented, and educational, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - the photos they captured were comfortable, beautiful, magical, ethereal, and so clean. They asked all the right questions, from inquiring about golden hour and sunset shots to handling a multitude of family and necessary photos on the day. Most importantly, Emma, the owner, was incredible. I couldn't have planned and executed my wedding without her services and immediate attention to detail, the timeline, the photos needed, her suggestions and discussions, and the seamless edits and delivery of the final products. I highly recommend trusting this business with your event or special day - they were everything I didn't know I needed, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Visit my Instagram for contact info and more photography! — ErinWholleyPhotography • Weddings are a culmination of love, life, happiness, family history, commitment, art, and so much more. My love for photography and the importance it plays in remembering cherished moments spans decades. Photographs are one of the only tangible items you receive after your wedding day (aside from the memories) to help you relive this time for the rest of your days. I will hype you up all day long to make sure you are enjoying every aspect of your day with your partner— that’s truly what it’s all about!

Erin was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the planning process to the day itself I truly don’t even have words. I had a wedding party of 26 people not including our parents who also had to be photographed. If I had to guess I would say that’s probably a photographer’s worst nightmare lol but Erin never once made me feel like our people were a hassle and she did an amazing job of keeping everything organized and even had me laughing the entire day. When people tell you that your photographer is worth the investment because that’s who you spend your entire day with, please listen to them. I could go on and on about how easy Erin was to work with and how well she orchestrated the day but what drew me to her originally was her work. I didn’t want my wedding photos to look exactly like everyone else’s and Erin’s style of photography was exactly what I wanted. I feel like saying she’s creative isn’t enough of a compliment. She is so insanely talented and truly has mastered every part of her job. I was incredibly anxious the day of my wedding hoping everything would run smoothly and when it wasn’t Erin stepped in immediately to help. She was even reaching out to vendors FOR me the day before my wedding so that I could fully enjoy my rehearsal dinner. If you’re thinking of hiring Erin you absolutely should you will be sooo happy you did!
