Anna, thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Your words mean so much to me, especially because of how this whole journey started. Knowing that you saw something in me while I was photographing your best friend’s wedding that made you want me there for your own was such a full circle moment for me. I’ll never take that trust for granted. I loved getting to spend time with you both along the way, from your engagement session on a beach that means so much to you both, to the moments that felt a little silly, like running through the sand together. Then, getting to share in the most precious moments of your wedding day, from your first looks and laughing with your favorite people to dancing the night away and sneaking away for those few quiet sunset moments on the beach, was something I will always be grateful for. Hearing that your photos bring you right back to how everything felt, and that you still find yourselves looking through your album almost every day, means more to me than you know. That is always what I hope your photographs will do, not just remind you what your day looked like, but let you feel it all over again. Bianca, where do I even begin? Thank you so much for taking the time to write this and for sharing such a beautiful reflection on your experience. It means more to me than you know. From that very first Zoom call, I remember how easy it felt to connect with you both. Getting to know you, hearing about your vision, and eventually getting to be there to watch everything come together was such a special part of the whole experience. Knowing that you felt that same connection from the other side of the screen makes me smile so much. I’m especially grateful that you felt supported and at ease throughout the process. On your wedding day, I loved being able to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, bring a little laughter into the moments we shared, and then step back and let the day unfold naturally. Those dad jokes may have been questionable, but I’m glad they did their job. 😂 And the fact that you said I’ve now become a friend honestly means so much to me. One of the best parts of this job is the people I get to meet along the way, and getting to work with two people who made the entire experience so much fun was such a joy. Sienna, I genuinely do not even know where to begin with this. Reading your words completely filled my heart.
