“Maria at Wolford Weddings and her assistant Brandy were simply the best! Maria was professional from the time she took us on to the very end. We had zoom calls, an in person meeting, and a dress rehearsal that took away all the stress of executing our wedding. If we had questions she had the answers or found them out! She was very knowledgeable! She was always on time and gave great advice/ suggestions on aspects of the wedding. She coordinated with all our vendors and the venue so we didn't need to. We were extremely happy with the wedding from beginning to end. We loved that Maria cared about the little details. If decor was lacking in a spot she she was prepared to make it aesthetically pleasing. Last minute the venue borrowed an arch and she made sure to get it set up and beautiful, she even found some fabric to drape over it! Made for a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony and photos! She even had electrolyte mix for me when my legs cramped up on the dance floor! Also, my heart was so warmed when I seen her assistant Brandy helping my grandparents get their food. It's the little things like that kind act that makes for memorable/ touching moments. They truly went above and beyond what you would expect from a wedding coordinator! “From the very first zoom meeting to see if we were a good fit, we had an instant connection. Angela is communicative, warm, and quite honestly a force to be reckoned with. I worked with Angela for about a year planning our wedding, which was on March 13th. She understood the assignment without me having to tell her what to do or explain my thought process. I cannot overstate how amazing of a planner and support Angela is. She responded immediately every time I texted with a question, helped me with making decisions and understanding the language vendors were using, and advocated for me when it mattered. “We had Spellman Weddings as our day-of coordinator, and they truly made sure everything went off without a hitch. They even took care of the decorating, which was a huge help, and the entire day ran incredibly smoothly. One of the biggest weights off my shoulders was how they handled all vendor logistics. Weeks before the wedding, Brianna took over communication with every vendor, confirmed arrival times, and managed all the details so I didn’t have to. It made such a difference, and multiple vendors even commented on how professional and on top of everything she and her team were. We also had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, which is not typical for a day-of coordinator. That was such a huge benefit of working with Brianna, her unlimited communication and willingness to meet made us feel so supported throughout the entire process. She is as accommodating as they come and truly made our day not only magical, but beyond our wildest dreams. Her vision for the décor was absolutely perfect. I gave her the freedom to take some creative liberties, and when I arrived, everything looked even better than I imagined. Her team did a phenomenal job, remained extremely professional & positive, and created such a seamless experience. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day, which feels unheard of. The only exception was a bizarre situation with our photographer (which was out of everyone’s control) and Brianna handled it with so much grace that we were still able to have the most amazing day. Even though it was only a day-of package, she showed up with the level of care, attention, and dedication you’d expect from a full-service planner. When my event rental company only dropped off the chairs, Charity was the one who stepped in and set them all up for the ceremony, without a hint of hesitation. She also gathered all of my décor totes from our Airbnb and completely handled the setup for both the ceremony and the reception. Every detail was thoughtfully placed and exactly how I imagined it. Sarah and Alden met with us often and were readily available for questions anytime they popped up. The planning process was seamless.
