“WOW we can't recommend the Supersounds team enough!! We booked them for our Oct 2025 wedding in Burlington, VT and from the very first conversation Ryan was so professional and attentive. He recommended a few of the DJs on their team based on what we wanted the vibes of our wedding to be (all gas, no brakes on the party) and we spoke with each briefly before going with Molly! Leading up to our weekend, we gave her two separate playlists (cocktail hour/dinner, dance floor) and a list of must-plays. She also made sure to ask for first dance songs and clarify pronunciation of names for when she'd announce speeches. The attention to detail on her part really allowed us to go into the day totally stress-free! On the wedding day, she showed up early to set up, stuck with our playlists, and absolutely crushed it. Our dance floor was full the ENTIRE two hours! The transition from Mr. Brightside to Mo Bamba will live in my brain forever. It was exactly what we envisioned and I never left the dance floor even for one song. Thank you Ryan, Molly, and Supersounds for giving us memories to last a lifetime!!”

“Top Hat Entertainment was an excellent choice for our DJ services for our wedding! Mike and the team made it easy to figure out what we needed, were very responsive via email and phone, and made all the sound mixing flawless for our ceremony and reception, which was no easy feat as it was at two different locations. Our wedding planner said Top Hat was the only DJ she could recommend and noted that they were extremely professional, did not try to overtake the reception and party, and were easy to work with. We found that all to be the case. Their rates were reasonable for DJing services and we ended up also booking their magic mirror Photo Booth which our guests enjoyed and a projector to display a slideshow. It was nice to be able to customize the output of the Photo Booth to add our wedding logo and information. The projector and Photo Booth were more expensive than we would have liked especially compared to the DJ services but they both went flawlessly. Our DJ was the owner Mike, who we loved and would highly recommend. He was super friendly, wanted to answer any questions we had, had a questionnaire for us to fill out ahead of time to ensure he had everything he needed for the ceremony and reception. He had lavaliere microphones for our officiants, a standing microphone for speakers during the ceremony which made it easy to hear for our guests. He also connected with a musician we hired to amplify his music as well. For the reception, he did a great job emceeing the reception, transitioning between toasts and cake cutting and then did a wonderful job with the dance music and kept the dance floor lively and fun! Everything was smooth, professional, and flawless, which is exactly what we had hoped for! We’d highly recommend Mike and Top Hat Entertainment for your Vermont wedding!”

“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. “Alan C was easy and great to work with! We had a music range from Bad Bunny, Creed, The Killers and more! We shared with him a playlist of some of our favorite songs, a list of "do not play" whether they were styles of music, artists or specific songs and a "must play" list. His online forum was easy to navigate and use. We loved the uplighting and the audio guestbook (phone)!! Also I appreciate that he read and followed through with all the small notes we left for him (specifically we asked for father/daughter, mother/son and first dance to end after the chorus and not play the entire 3-4 minutes). Such a great time. We received so many compliments on our music and the dance floor was busy all night long! He was always very responsive and quick to work with any last minute changes (we had a rainy day).”

“Apparently, my now-husband is extremely picky when it comes to string quartets. When looking for a string quartet for our wedding in June 2026, we listened to recordings from every available vendor in the Rockland County/Westchester area. Golden Scroll were not only the best sounding, but also were incredibly friendly, organized, and accommodating to our requests. Their song list is MASSIVE and yet they included learning two new songs at no extra charge to allow our playlist to be even more meaningful to us. Kevin was extremely responsive, and was less worried than we were about the 15% chance of rain on the day of the wedding. The performance itself was amazing and our guests raved about it all evening. They didn’t flinch when our robot flower girl came straight towards them! Couldn’t recommend hiring Golden Scroll more for your special event!”

“We’ve been big fans of the O-Tones for many years. We wanted to hire the full six-piece band, but our small venue -an outdoor pavilion-could not accommodate that. Mary Witt, band leader and outstanding vocalist, suggested a duo, herself on bass and guitarist John Caban. Their repertoire included swing, R&B, classic rock and soul. They were very flexible and professional. We chose as our first dance the Etta James classic “At Last”. (We are in our 70’s!!!) Mary and John’s rendition was moving and a bit sultry - just perfect for us. Their ability to read the crowd and go with our flow added so much to the fun and the warmth of our special day!”

Drew had sent me an email a few weeks before the couples wedding with the reception timeline (a first) and kept me up-to-date with any last minute changes the day of. “Thank you Brick Park Entertainment and Julian for taking the trip from Boston Massachusetts to Western Connecticut to play at my daughter’s wedding. From the first email to the last song played working with Julian was a pleasure. He was accommodating, kind and very informative. The process of picking out songs, working on the timeline and introductions was very simple and straightforward. Everything we asked for was accommodated, even our special guest singer. Brick Park really brought the fun, so talented, it was more like a concert than a typical wedding. I would highly recommend getting the DJ to spin songs while the band takes a break.
