Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. The Pruyn House is the Cultural and Historical Center for the Town of Colonie. We have a five and 1/2 acre property, including the House, the Buhrmaster Barn, the Verdoy Schoolhouse and several other buildings. We provide access to the Barn for the reception, the garden for the ceremony, the birch grove for the cocktail hour and dressing areas in the Pruyn House and the Verdoy Schoolhouse. Tables and chairs are included. All else must be provided through rental services and catering. We have one security person who will be on site throughout your event. All else provided by caterer or rental service.

We are excited you are considering Anne’s Washington Inn as a potential venue for your celebration! Situated on four acres, conveniently set amid the arts, culture and natural beauty that define Saratoga Springs, Anne's Washington Inn is the perfect setting for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and bridal brunches. Consisting of two Victorian country houses, with a total of 18 overnight rooms, our accommodations welcome and pamper your guests. Victorian decor with traditional accents follow you throughout bright, cheery rooms enhanced by antique furnishings, fluffy comforters, tapestries, sparkling mirrors and sunny windows. The key to your wonderful weekend is that when you reserve our dining room, grounds and all 18 guest rooms, you and your family and friends are the only people at the inn, giving you exclusive use of our venue.
