Emails were even sent on the weekends and beyond normal work hours, which impressed me even more. The entire team worked with all of my needs and they were dedicated to ensuring every detail was addressed. Prior to the big day the videographer/drone (King) and photographer (Rob) reached out to ensure my vision was understood. The week before the wedding, I was able to speak directly with DJ Big George and our photographer JP to finalize all the details. He kept the vibes moving during cocktail hour, and then seriously BROUGHT THE PARTY. The dancefloor was packed for over 3 hours straight. From the moment I first reached out to him in January right up until the end of the event, Kevin was consistently professional, upbeat, and efficient. He replied to all communication quickly, and was SO thoughtful in his preparation. He provided a shared document months ahead of time so that we could share music and scheduling info, and on the night of the event it was so evident that he had paid attention to every single detail ever mentioned in the document, over Zoom, or on our site visit. Every single must-play song came on at the perfect time, he managed to source very specific remixes that I had mentioned, and he kept the night running on schedule with such a chill, stress-free, and adaptable vibe. Kevin even introduced us to his colleague Richie for dance lights when we were debating our lighting options, which also ended up being absolutely perfect! I cannot stress enough how collaborative and understanding Kevin is, how smooth the process was, and most importantly - what a KILLER DJ he is. He truly wants to deliver the night of your dreams.
