What was most important to me was that everyone loved the music and Jay and commented during and after the wedding with how great he was and the music. “Bennie DJ’d our wedding and we were extremely pleased, from the start of the planning process, all the way through to the big day! When we initially met with Bennie, he gave us a blueprint that allowed us to share our thoughts and vision (for example, we wanted music, karaoke, and I also wanted to sing/play violin during the ceremony). From there, he collaborated with us, providing excellent suggestions, based on his previous experiences. He also reviewed the schedule and logistics with us, to make sure all the necessary equipment was mapped out. Our sound setup was perfect for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He kept the energy high, and it was clear that guests felt comfortable approaching him to make music requests during the reception, too! Throughout the entire day, he read the crowd and knew exactly when it was the right time for karaoke, upbeat songs, slower songs, etc. Our wedding was a blast... largely in part to Bennie’s talent and expertise! We would HIGHLY recommend Bennie!”

“Jeanyo Entertainment couldn't have been more perfect for our wedding! To start off the communication from the beginning of booking until the day of the wedding was responsive. Jeanyo was attentive our music taste and really wanted as much input from us as possible. We knew Jeanyo was going to take his duties seriously when he scheduled a zoom meeting between us and the wedding planner. He really used this time to pick our ear music wise, get our "Do Not Play List", and get our "Must Play List". The equipment the Jeanyo used was top notch. The audio was loud and clear for the outdoor ceremony. The timing of the songs that we selected to play for the bridal party, groom, and bride was seamless. We really appreciated the fact that he was able to incorporate specific audio files that we personally sent him. Where Jeanyo really shined was the reception!!! Since the music started and dinner was served, the dance floor was never empty the entire night. A lot of my guest came up to me saying "that was the most fun wedding I've ever been to!" We owe a big part these reactions to Jeanyo. Jeanyo not only perfectly incorporated our playlist into the reception, but his MC skills was on point. Hyping the crowd up, giving instructions on specific songs, announcements without interrupting the vibe were some of the MC skills he exhibited. Despite it being a reception he really gave it that high end club like feeling. The Mix of the music really united the diverse crowd, but really had people out of their seats when he tapped into the south Florida/Haitian Music. I still remember when Jeanyo got on the mic and said "Alright everybody we have 30 Minutes left". I genuinely couldn't believe how fast time was flying because we were having too much fun. We were recommended to Jeanyo by a friend of ours who had him for their wedding, and we are lucky to have gotten that recommendation. 5 out of 5 stars from the wife and I. We highly recommend Jeanyo for your wedding or any event the requires a DJ/MC.”

“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! Julian kept things positive, steered us when we had no idea what to do, but gave us space to put our stamp on our evening when he could sense we had ideas burbling. He was helpful, positive and always prompt without ever being pushy, and so many of our favorite moments came out of the things he got us to think about. Rashaun was awesome too. He took our weird list of preferred songs and turned it into an amazing night of love, dining, and dancing. It felt like he'd known for years, always hitting the right classic hit, the right remix, the right memory moments. He was such a kind and lovely man too. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!”
