I am a NY-based Harpist with over 18 years of experience. I have been fortunate enough to play for dozens of professional events and weddings along the East Coast. I have performed at many different events, from weddings to corporate Holiday parties to tea parties to retirement parties. With her earthy acoustics, dark melodies, and rich vocals, singer-songwriter Liat has been captivating live audiences for over fifteen years. After years of performing in the pulsing cities of Philadelphia and New York, Liat moved to Colorado, where she drew inspiration from the folk music of the mountains. Her music evokes her itinerant life and Israeli-American heritage— 90s’ pop-rock meets 60s’ folk with glints of Middle Eastern desert soundscapes. I have performed at numerous venues and festivals, such as Carnegie Hall, Jordan Hall, Aspen Music Festival, Young Artist Program at Canada National Art Center, Mozarteum Summer Music Festival in Salzburg, Sarasota Music Festival, Heifetz Music Festival,etc. I have played weddings at major venues in tri-state area, and hired by organizations such as The Cardone foundation, The Colombian American Goodwill Gala at The Untied Nations.
