Founded in 1905 by Ben Schrader and a group of local tavern owners and grocers, the original Falls City was formed to fight a big beer takeover in Louisville. Our property boasts a 7600 square foot barn. Our barn is newly remodeled with a 460 square foot wrap around front porch up-cycled from century old barn beams from Salem, IN. Our venue space inside the barn is home to our White Diamond Chandelier that has 8000 crystals. It is adorned with thousands of twinkle lights, and draped with lightweight gossamer fabric.

Located on the historic 375 acre Belknap Farm in Goshen, Kentucky; the farm has been in the family for over a century. Inside is a polished concrete floor in the main hall, men/women's restroom, and bridal room, ten 10' x 4' giant slab and live edge tables, two 12' x 4' Banquet tables, 100 Black resin wood chairs, 6' rolling maple bar, and Wi-Fi/cable included w two flat screens. A White Birch wedding arch is also provided. Inside capacity of 200, restrooms were built for 400. There are four 60" windmill fans located in the main hall lower section to keep everyone cool. Once the home of Camp Isanogel, a summer camp for those with special needs, The Loft is a source of history and pride for the owners, Harry and Karen Holding. The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.
