We have recently opened this beautiful wedding & event venue. It has a classic mid century modern rustic feel, and we can tailor our services to meet any needs. With the rolling hills and tree line in the outdoor space and the warmth of the indoor space, it is a perfect venue for any style event. Our wedding & event planning company has now been in business for 33 plus years, bringing that experience to your day is like no other. We offer an all inclusive option for your entire day’s needs to help relieve the stress of planning and the burden on the bank account. Our parent company Hey! Belknap Event Center

The Belknap is a unique, fully restored, historic meeting space nestled on a 25 acre park. It features an original stone wall and stone fireplace hearths, updated acoustics and soft pine flooring. We have over 2,700 square feet of usable space that can accommodate up to 130 guests inside and an unlimited possibility outside. We have a gorgeous LED dancefloor and a dedicated audio video system as well. We have a cocktail area and bar with beautiful furniture. We offer a full service kitchen for our catering team. Also, on our 2nd floor we have 2 large private bridal party suites and an extra large bathroom. Our options for ceremony are beautiful with a waterfall feature and tree line wrapping our natural creek adjacent to our 6500 sq ft outdoor space.

    Intimate winter wedding

    Our wedding was December 12, 2020, right in the middle of COVID curveballs. Two weeks out we had to slash our guest list to 25 people and leave our original venue when they couldn’t adapt. Belknap Event Center stepped in and instantly calmed the chaos. The space in Prospect, KY is gorgeous; warm wood cozy lighting, and flexible enough to feel personal even when you scale way down. We used just part of the venue footprint and it never felt empty or awkward. What really sold us: support. Glenn & the Belknap staff helped rework the layout for a smaller group, handled setup and teardown, and made sure we had a real, well-presented meal (not the sandwich pricing drama we’d been facing elsewhere). Every interaction was kind, practical, and focused on making the day feel like us, not “Plan B.” Our guests still talk about how much they loved our wedding and great the celebration was. If you want a venue that’s both beautiful and genuinely flexible, book Belknap. 10/10

    We had the absolute pleasure of having our wedding at The Belknap venue. The inside of the home on site is beautiful and well taken care of. The backyard area is perfect for an outdoor ceremony! It’s so unique and has a lot of natural beauty. Our reception was hosted indoors and it was a hit! Between the LED dance floor and the photo booth, our guests had the best time! It was also so well decorated. Glenn was super easy to get ahold of and always prompt to get back with us during the planning process. He took care of everything for us including setting everything up both inside and outside, decorating each table, running the DJ booth, and making the day run as smooth as it possibly could’ve gone. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more. Our wedding was a dream 💗

    Glenn and company made our wedding day extra special. We worried about nothing. The food was absolutely amazing and several of our guests commented that the wedding meal was and I quote “The best wedding meal I ever had.” Look no further for a perfect execution of the best day of your life.
