About this venue

Welcome to Land O' Goshen Farm Event Center! A spacious 6700 sq. ft. under the roof, 8300 sq. ft. w the deck. Located on the historic 375 acre Belknap Farm in Goshen, Kentucky; the farm has been in the family for over a century. Inside is a polished concrete floor in the main hall, men/women's restroom, and bridal room, ten 10' x 4' giant slab and live edge tables, two 12' x 4' Banquet tables, 100 Black resin wood chairs, 6' rolling maple bar, and Wi-Fi/cable included w two flat screens. A White Birch wedding arch is also provided. Inside capacity of 200, restrooms were built for 400. There are four 60" windmill fans located in the main hall lower section to keep everyone cool. HVAC services provided to the five enclosed rooms: bridal/groom, men/women restroom and Prep Room. Handicap parking out front, 60 car parking lot close by. The Bridal Room sits adjacent to the Women's Restroom and has 2 entrances. Six bar stools run along a wrap around make up bar and mirror that stretches from one corner of the room to the other. Two comfortable seats, shelving for the brides and bridesmaids, another Tall mirror next to the door that connects the Bridal room to the Women's restroom.

Description

For a one day, Friday or Saturday wedding in 2024, the rental price is $5,000. This is perfect for the ceremony and reception. For a two day rental, which is ideal for extra time to setup, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception, the price is $6,000. Wedding Sunday through Thursday are discounted by a $1,000 and are $4,000 in 2024

    Best wedding venue

    If you’re looking for a venue that is both stunning and practical, Land O’ Goshen is hard to beat. Our wedding day exceeded every expectation, and we couldn’t imagine celebrating anywhere else

    Wedding 6/20

    Getting married at Land O’ Goshen Farm was one of the best decisions we made. The venue itself is incredible, but the people are what really make it stand out. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. It was a great feeling being able to relax and take in the day knowing everything was taken care of. We’ll always be grateful we got to have our wedding here.

    Beautiful views and helpful staff

    We got married at Land O’ Goshen Farm last weekend, and it exceeded every expectation we had. The property is absolutely stunning, with rolling hills, beautiful scenery, and the perfect Kentucky countryside backdrop for our ceremony and photos.     The perfect wedding venue

    Land O’ Goshen was the perfect setting for my sister’s wedding. As a bridesmaid, I loved how spacious and welcoming everything felt.     The best of the best

    Land O’ Goshen was everything we could have hoped for and more! The moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The beautiful scenery, rustic charm, and modern amenities make it truly one of a kind. The large back deck and stunning views were a huge hit with our guests. Claire and Ian were amazing to work with from start to finish. They were helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. The grounds include the event center and the surrounding 311 acres of rolling corn, bean fields, and pastures.
Yes, we have a well furnished bridal suite that is climate controlled. It also has a makeup bar that stretches the length of the room. The bridal suite connects to the women’s restroom, which also has HVAC, and a smaller four foot long make up bar.
We never host more than one event at a time.
The main hall does not, but it does have four sixty inch windmill fans in the lower section which more than adequately move air to create a cool atmosphere. The five smaller rooms under the roof of the event center all have HVAC services.
No, there are several hotel options located in Springhurst, Kentucky which is about fifteen minutes away. They are located off the Gene Snyder Brownsboro Road exit. The Drury Inn and the Hilton Garden Inn.
The Barn can be rented for one or two day celebrations/events/weddings.
No, we charge a daily rate for the venue and grounds. That rate is the same regardless if you have 25 or 200 guests.
Yes, they are more expensive on Friday and Saturday. Discounts are available for Sunday through Thursday.
Fireworks are not permitted on the property unless prior approval has been granted in writing from Land O’ Goshen Farm Management.
If the event center is rented exclusively and no tents are rented from caterers, parties cannot exceed 200. If large tents are rented for cermeonies and receptions, 350 guests is the occupancy limit.
We have a well lit 60 car space parking lot, a parking lot for limo/catering vans, and a 4-space designated handicap parking in front of the event center. All parking lots will be marked by signage.
Yes, we provide ten giant slab and live edge tables in the main hall and 100 black resin chairs to match. We also have a two 12' x 4' banquet tables w black linens and 11 whiskey barrel cock tail tables.
YES!! We encourage this and firmly believe this will contribute to memories and experiences of a lifetime. You are welcome to choose anywhere on the farm for the ceremony. We do have 2 suggested locations that provide wonderful views and picturesque backgrounds.
In the event of rain, you can hold your ceremony inside the barn in the main hall.
Yes, we encourage you to put your personal touch on the barn. Remember, the barn is a blank canvas for you to make your own for your special day. Just don’t use nails or anything permanent. Decorating (for weddings) can start the day before at noon and the day of at 8 am. For a 1 DAY celebrations, decorating can start at 8 am.
