While learning the art of floral design at a local Cincinnati florist many years ago, I quickly realized how much I enjoyed working on wedding florals! As a mom of two though, the time came for me to work from home to accommodate my kids schedules. I love to create… I’m in my happy place when I’m able to create. My career in floral design started while I was still in college obtaining a business degree. Like a lot of college students, I spent my summer interning in an office environment…and quickly realized that wasn’t how I wanted to live my life. I needed something different, something that would allow me to more fully utilize my creativity and desire to design. When I returned to campus in the fall, I started working part time at a small floral shop. It wasn’t long before I knew I’d found my love and my passion.

I’ve been providing wedding and event flowers for the past seven years. I started out doing my best friend’s wedding and receive so many compliments and friends telling me that I should do this for my business. I do work full-time so I can only do this as a part-time job. I love it though and enjoy having that freedom of expression and the ability to make a couples wedding, the most beautiful event.
