Nutmeg designs is an Indianapolis based florist and wedding design studio, specializing in curated and whimsical florals. We love to bring our clients creative visions to life utilizing our background in fine arts. We approach floral installations as sculptures, and take great care in color palette and floral selection.

Nutmeg is owned and operated by a married creative team. We are both pastors kids who grew up around lots of weddings. We have both worked in the wedding industry for over a decade in various roles, and this gives us a unique perspective, and means that we are adept at rolling with the punches. Our marriage is the driving force of our lives, and we feel so lucky to get to help usher other lovebirds into marital bliss.

Best decision I made in planning!
This box is not long enough for the praise I have for Megan & Braden. What they've created and what they do at Nutmeg Designs is unlike anything I've seen anywhere else. Megan's floral designs are immaculate, but it doesn't stop there. She curated every part of the environment, designing it to reflect the hearts of my partner and I and what we care about. She and Braden also helped out with so many other details along the way and helped us stay on schedule in a non-stressful way. They know everything about weddings and are expert trouble-shooters. Having Nutmeg curate my day was hands down the best decision I made in my wedding planning. Megan was able to take the vision I described, fill the gaps as only a true artist can, and bring it to life. When I look back on my wedding day, I remember how her creations colored every moment.

We love NutMEG!
Working with Megan at Nutmeg Designs was such a pleasure from start to finish. She listened to what we wanted and gave us honest advice about what would work best for our wedding day, making the whole process enjoyable and fun based on our venue / wedding type and the time of year. Megan helped us pick flowers that felt special and personal to us, and she worked hard to get us the best deal without cutting corners on quality. Her personal touch showed in every arrangement, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. She also taught me and my bridesmaids how to make our own flower crowns for the wedding day and it was SO special (and they were lovely)!! She truly went above and beyond to make our day special, and we couldn't have asked for a better florist. We highly recommend Nutmeg Designs to any couple looking for someone who genuinely cares about their vision.

Creative, Unique, and Absolutely Beatiful!
Megan at Nutmeg Designs created the most beautiful, creative, and unique floral experience for our spring wedding. From our very first conversations, she helped bring our vision to life in a way that felt completely personalized and unlike anything else we had seen. What truly sets Megan apart is her ability to think beyond traditional wedding florals. Her designs are artistic, unexpected, and full of thoughtful details that transformed our venue and created memorable moments throughout the entire day. Rather than simply decorating tables and ceremony spaces, she designed floral installations that became part of the overall guest experience. One of my favorite parts of the wedding season was the floral bouquet workshop Megan hosted for my bridesmaids and me. It was such a fun and memorable experience, and it gave us a chance to be creative together while learning from a true artist. Megan and Braden worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to ensure florals were seamlessly incorporated into every part of the wedding day. Their attention to detail, creativity, and dedication were evident from start to finish.
