I got married on 05/23/25 and hiring Brittney as our wedding planner was hands down THE BEST DECISION we made during the entire wedding planning process. From our very first meeting, Brittney brought an incredible mix of professionalism, creativity, knowledge, and enthusiasm. Brittney truly listened to my partial vision that I had and somehow turned it into something even more magical than I imagined. Every detail — from the timeline, the vendor coordination, to the little surprise touches — was flawlessly executed. It felt like she was always five steps ahead, handling everything behind the scenes so we could relax and enjoy every moment. && Let me not mention the communication was phenomenal. Sis was always very responsive, I never had an issue here. On the big day, we didn’t have to worry about anything. I did not have an official decorator for my wedding, only a florist and SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH DECORATING MY RECEPTION AREA. She also used walkie talkies on the day of to communicate with the wedding party and it worked out REALLY REALLY REALLY WELL. She gave us "get ready" reminders which was helpful and made the day move smoothly. Our timeline was seamless and she had EVERYTHING you needed for your BIG DAY in case you forgot anything. She also has her own inventory that you can rent items from which are A LOT cheaper than buying them. Depending on your package, you can use some items for free. OH and did I mention that her prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE for the value and service that you will receive. If you're looking for someone who is not only incredibly organized, a great communicator, talented but also genuinely kind, warm, and invested in making your day unforgettable, Brittney IS THAT GIRL!!! My husband and I are forever grateful for Brittney and we highly, highly recommend her!

Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. She started every meeting genuinely asking how we were in not only our wedding planning lives, but also just in our day to day. She truly wanted to get to know US and from that blossomed a beautiful relationship that didn’t feel contractual or forced at all. She somehow made it feel as if we were the only couple she was working with and like we were a top top top priority for her! Plus, her design suggestions are impeccable! She has taste and an eye for all things beautiful! Hiring LAE was the number 1 best decision we made for our wedding! QUEER COUPLES THIS IS YOUR COORDINATOR!!! We are a queer couple and Mia was so incredibly supportive of us and our identities the entire time. She cared about and understood pronouns, family dynamics, and more without making it a big deal. She was 100% open to throwing tradition out the window when it didn’t suit us but also totally here for upholding it when it felt right. She LOVED our clothing choices and encouraged us to embrace our true selves instead of what the wedding industry told us we had to wear. We felt truly celebrated! On the big day, Mia and her team, Macie and Tiffany, were early and on the ball! The second they arrived I could feel my nerves disappear knowing they would be overseeing every little detail. They came ready with every form (and extra copies) imaginable, dressed professionally and in line with our color pallet, and miced up for quick and discreet communication. Our wedding party and guests were raving about how kind they all were and how well they executed everything that day. As a couple, my spouse and I felt at ease and were able to let go and have a blast on our wedding day because we knew all the little details were in the BEST hands. We heard from guests that the shuttle had messed up big time and literally went to the wrong hotel. Mia and her team fixed the issue SO FAST and kept it SO QUIET that we had no idea anything was wrong and we were able to enjoy our evening blissfully unaware that our guests almost didn’t make it to the ceremony! Then, after the wedding Mia had already reached out to the shuttle company to begin dialogue about what happened and to request a refund without us even having to ask her! I cannot possibly recommend Mia and LAE enough and we will forever look back on our beautiful wedding day with fond stress free memories thanks to LAE!

Jenny, aka Opal Avenue Events, was a dream to work with! I reached out very early in the wedding-planning process to ask if she’d be available to be our day-of-coordinator for our non-traditional wedding, and I am so glad I did. From our very first conversation, Jenny was excited to help us plan and organize a South Asian-fusion wedding, instead of being deterred by the inherent challenges of doing something different from the norm. When I later asked her what she thought about centering swans, roses, tomatoes, and ribbons, she was even more enthusiastic and was ready to help ensure the vision would come true, while calmly listening to any concerns we had throughout. Planning a celebration that would coherently combine cultures with very different traditions was daunting, but having a professional who guided us through the process and validated our choices was truly invaluable. Throughout the planning process and on the day itself, Jenny was calm, prepared, and consistently professional. She went far beyond what we expected from a day-of coordinator, offering thoughtful insights into other potential vendors, drafting multiple timelines, and even creating beautiful and elegant swan place cards for our guests Above all, we wanted our guests to feel welcomed, loved, and to have a memorable experience, and Jenny helped make that happen. Genevieve and her team just finished working with my wife and I on our October 11th wedding. We used the Event Management package and are so happy we did! We spent the last year booking all of all vendors and working on all the fine details of decor, music, and signage etc. We started working with Days and Eves to help close all of the open gaps and work on the day of timeline. We thought we had all questions answered but we certainly did not! It was so helpful to have the team provide us with all of the schedules and guides to ensure that the day ran smoothly, for which it did! Everyone who was a part of the wedding knew what they needed to do and went to her or her assistant for questions. This allowed us to just be there and present. When we walked into the ceremony and reception, each time we were so blown away by how wonderful it looked! All of our items were placed perfectly to our guides and the restaurants additional items were worked in perfectly. Genevieve's schedule and suggested flow worked wonderful and we felt as relaxed (as possible). At the end of the night, she worked neatly to get all of our items so nicely packed and organized for us, which was much appreciated. We are so happy and grateful for Genevieve.
