“Champagne Wishes helped us plan and execute our 75-person wedding in June 2025 in just four months – we’re not sure how we would have done it without them! Starting from our consultation, Katelyn was extremely personable and encouraging. We were of course nervous about our tight timeline, but she quickly made us feel at ease. She honored our vision, asked the right questions, and helped us be decisive during the planning process when we needed it. Sulli took over as our day-of-coordinator and did an amazing job memorizing our timeline and all the small details of the day. She managed parking attendants from CW and tricky traffic down our venue’s one-lane road with ease, ensuring our guests had a seamless experience. Both Katelyn and Sulli were great communicators, answering our many questions in a timely manner and handling all communication with the vendor team as we approached the big day. The best testimony of how well they worked together was that after the wedding we had multiple guests and even fellow vendors remark on how smooth and effortless the day felt. “If you’re looking for the BEST wedding coordinator in all of VA, look no further than with Detail Signature! Kellie came into the picture when I booked with DJ Signature and added on a wedding coordinator. I knew from our first zoom meeting with her and Brandon that she was the perfect match for me! I am not always the easiest to work with and a massive control freak but Kellie made giving that control over a breeze. I would email her throughout the year with little things I needed advice or help with and she would as there every step of the way. As we got closer to the wedding we had multiple 1 hour video sessions where she saw every side of me and helped keep my mind at ease. Every concern or worry I had she took the time to listen and make sure we had a plan for whatever happened. I always looked forward to our meetings as it was like two friends getting to catch up and share jokes. Part of her set up is a weekend wedding guide and seating chart. I cannot tell you how many times I changed things in this guide but Kellie never complained and always made updates in a timely manner. Not to mention she reached out to all my vendors and the owners of venue to communicate everything from contracts to arrival times. That alone lifted a huge weight off my shoulders as my anxiety started to go crazy in crunch time but Kellie made sure everything was squared away. The day before the wedding Kellie came to the venue and within 2 hours we had all the tables and decor done. We walked through the venue and made sure everything was taken care of and ready to go. We went through our rehearsal and she made it feel flawless. She had everyone in line and ready to walk at the correct times. On our actual wedding day we had Kellie and Abbie there to answer all the questions. When I say this was a BLESSING I 100% mean it. I was so overstimulated and anxious while trying to make sure things were ready to go that when someone would yell for me or ask questions, I would literally just yell for one of them and they would take care of whatever was being asked about. They both made sure when I asked for private time I was able to escape and had snacks and water. When it was time to clean up and go, Kellie literally shooed us out and said they got the clean up taken care of. Honestly, it was hard to say goodbye and there will never be enough words to thank her for making our wedding an absolute dream. On the big day itself, Annie made sure everything went smoothly, handling any issues with vendors gracefully and firmly so my husband and I could simply relax and enjoy ourselves. “Enchanted Garden was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our very first interaction, their communication was direct, prompt, and personal - we always felt like a priority. The quality of their work was truly professional, organized, and timely. For example, Abby had a plate of food waiting for us after our first dance, and they got everything cleaned up and delivered back to the house right after the wedding ended. The only hiccup was our day-of coordinator almost not making it to the rehearsal the night before, but they got it figured out in time. “We have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer not once, but three times now! She worked with us for our intimate family only minimony in 2021, in 2022 for our "Big Party Later" and in 2026 for our baby shower. She is communicative, organized, and ultimately reassuring throughout what can be a stressful wedding planning process. She was always available to bounce ideas off of and ensure no detail was overlooked. On the day of she ensured every small thing was taken care of and my husband and I had nothing to worry about. If I noticed a small hiccup, she was there to resolve it immediately. Her work (and now friendship) are genuinely appreciated!”
