I can only imagine what our wedding day would have been like without Lisa. We probably would have been pulled left and right, stressed about what goes where, who is helping with what, freaking out about things we may have forgotten, coordinating with all the vendors, etc. I honestly don’t know how people do this without a wedding planner. Instead, Lisa and her team handled it all and we just got to enjoy our day from the moment we woke up to the end of the night. She will keep you in check to make sure everything is covered and thought out prior to the wedding day. She will coordinate with your vendors as needed. Our wedding was in Bisbee, Arizona so there are a lot of little things to think about getting everything we wanted to that location but Lisa helped us figure it out. Honestly, I could go on and on about all the little things Lisa did for us but to sum it up, trust her, trust the process and you will be set for the perfect day! Let me start off by saying everyone needs a Bailey in their life! From the get Codi was amazing answering all my questions and detailing exactly what I should expect. When the torch got passed to Bailey to be my lead let me tell you she was there supporting me every step of the way! I would lay in bed at night and think of things text her and she would respond right back. She supported me through every decision! We had some weather on our wedding day which is rare in Arizona but Bailey made my ceremony happen and pushed for me to have my ceremony outside, which turned out to be amazing to say the least. They took all my ideas I put together and made mt dream day come true!! Bailey took over all the vendor communications 6 weeks prior to our big day and that was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. I am telling you these ladies busted their rears to support me and make my day special and flow. The set up was just perfect all the girls were so sweet and accommodating in the wedding day! Lauren (Lo) was amazing! She helped us design, plan, and coordinate our wedding. From the very beginning, Lo went the extra mile to help build our vision and make sure that every detail screamed us. She took the time to get to know us and our story. While designing, she sent us a complete design deck and even brought up ideas we had not yet seen at a wedding (ie. Baseball seating chart wall (my husband has played baseball all his life including college and now coaches)). She was able to guide us in making decisions and providing input, which came in handy as an indecisive, overthinking bride. If we were unsure of who to hire for a specific service, Lo provided us with different options that she thought would fit our style. Communication was on point. Lo took initiative to connect with all our vendors and worked hand in hand with our venue, making sure that they knew and understood everything going on. She was always available for us and very responsive. Our venue's communication with us was a little dicey at times, but Lo took the reins provided reassurance, stability, and support that made us feel cared for and like she had everything in control. The entire day ran smoothly. There was no issue or anything for us to worry about the entire time aside from spending time with each other and our friends and family. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Our wedding would not have been as incredible without her. We were so grateful to have her there as our coordinator!

From the very first zoom meeting to see if we were a good fit, we had an instant connection. Angela is communicative, warm, and quite honestly a force to be reckoned with. I worked with Angela for about a year planning our wedding, which was on March 13th. She understood the assignment without me having to tell her what to do or explain my thought process. I cannot overstate how amazing of a planner and support Angela is. She responded immediately every time I texted with a question, helped me with making decisions and understanding the language vendors were using, and advocated for me when it mattered. Angela went out of her way to show up hours early to set up our venue while I got ready, and then held everyone to the timeline so well throughout the evening. When she spoke, everyone listened. I honestly could not be happier with how my wedding went, and I do not think it would have been as smooth if I didn't have Angela. She is the person you want on your side when you are planning your wedding!

We had Spellman Weddings as our day-of coordinator, and they truly made sure everything went off without a hitch. They even took care of the decorating, which was a huge help, and the entire day ran incredibly smoothly. One of the biggest weights off my shoulders was how they handled all vendor logistics. Weeks before the wedding, Brianna took over communication with every vendor, confirmed arrival times, and managed all the details so I didn’t have to. It made such a difference, and multiple vendors even commented on how professional and on top of everything she and her team were. We also had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, which is not typical for a day-of coordinator. That was such a huge benefit of working with Brianna, her unlimited communication and willingness to meet made us feel so supported throughout the entire process. She is as accommodating as they come and truly made our day not only magical, but beyond our wildest dreams. Her vision for the décor was absolutely perfect. I gave her the freedom to take some creative liberties, and when I arrived, everything looked even better than I imagined. Her team did a phenomenal job, remained extremely professional & positive, and created such a seamless experience. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day, which feels unheard of. The only exception was a bizarre situation with our photographer (which was out of everyone’s control) and Brianna handled it with so much grace that we were still able to have the most amazing day. I would use them 1,000 times over if I could and will be recommending them to anyone looking for coordination, planning, or anything wedding related. Not only did they blow us away at the wedding, but they definitely became friends. You don’t only get a professional team, but a fun and loving one that truly cares about you and your day. We LOVE you Brianna and Marquelle!

Charity made our day the most special. Planning a wedding from abroad was stressful, but Charity jumped in and made things flawless. I was hesitant about having a big wedding because it can be so stressful to plan and after seeing so many of my friends so stressed about their weddings, I was scared. Thankfully Charity made sure things were easy-peasy as they could be. She remained calm and collected at all times and was willing to help with all the little details, even helping my husband pick his tux when I felt overwhelmed. If I ever had to plan a wedding again (thank god I don't!), I would hire Charity and her team in a heartbeat.

Jenna at Bubbly Affairs is truly exceptional. I attended a wedding she planned at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, and it was the kind of event that feels effortless as a guest—because everything behind the scenes is being handled perfectly. The overall décor had a classic feel with a unique modern touch, and the timeline, flow, and organization were flawless from start to finish. Every transition felt intentional, nothing dragged, and nothing felt rushed—just seamless. What impressed me even more is that I also experienced Jenna’s work in a totally different setting: she organized a 1920s-style murder mystery event on New Year’s Eve at West Rose Tasting Room, and it was phenomenal. The food and drinks were great, the costumes and décor were on point, and the actors were fantastic—engaging, entertaining, and perfectly paced. It takes real talent to execute both an elegant wedding and an immersive themed event, and Jenna absolutely nailed both. Jenna is a great communicator, calm under pressure, incredibly organized, and outstanding at vendor coordination. On top of that, she’s friendly and personable—someone you genuinely enjoy having around during a high-stakes day. Bountyful Creations was an amazing wedding planning company to work with. Their communication was quick and responsive, always keeping us informed and addressing any questions or concerns we had. The quality of their work was incredible - they went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. Hesok, our wedding planner, was a true professional. When I was unsure about the rehearsal, she assured me she would handle it, and she did an incredible job guiding everyone through the process. All of our guests were so much happier and more comfortable after the rehearsal. Hiring Bountyful Creations was worth every penny and their work was truly mouth-dropping. I cannot recommend Hesok and Bountyful Creations enough!

Sarah and Alden at Vacay Mode Travels. I can’t recommend them enough!! I stumbled upon them while trying to attempt this on my own and they saved me so much time and money!! From the jump we had a meeting to discuss our wants/desires/location/time of year/guest count - and narrowed down to our three choices of resorts. We decided to pick Majestic SIGHT UNSEEN (not like me AT ALL). But because they had had other couples get married here it settled all my fears. I never once coordinated with the wedding department myself, Sarah tackled all of that for me. About once month we had meetings to discuss (to do list, what needed to be done that month (ie: save the dates, head count with guest booking, changing room block count, excursion booking, honeymoon booking, guest transportation, suggestion on external vendors, reminders about vendor fees) THEY DID IT ALL. They saved us so much money with how we did the room block and navigated booking ALL of our guest, tracking head count, transportations. I have seen so many brides in this group posting about hidden fees, I had NONE. No surprises or anything come payment. BOOK THEM I promise it will be the best decision if you are freshly planning a destination wedding and feel lost.

I mean it when I say she was the best vendor I hired for my wedding, and I would make that same decision a hundred times over. I met Jaycie a few months into planning my wedding. I had most of my vendors already booked, but I knew I needed someone I could fully trust to bring everything together and run the day. What I didn’t realize is how much more I was getting when I hired her. Jaycie stepped in like a seasoned pro: communicating seamlessly with my vendors, handling every hiccup without ever bothering me, and always being a text away. I found out days after my wedding that a few vendors nearly didn’t show up, and some of my decor was completely unusable, but Jaycie handled it all. She literally went to the store and bought replacement pieces out of her own pocket just to make sure the space looked exactly like what I had envisioned. She managed a timeline that kept getting thrown off by long speeches, handled tricky personalities with grace, and somehow kept me blissfully unaware of all the chaos happening behind the scenes. That’s the magic of Jaycie — she does it all with a calm, confident energy that makes you feel like everything is handled (because it is). I recommend her to every bride I know — whether you're looking for a full-service planner or just someone to take the reins on your big day. She's not only incredibly driven, resourceful, and professional, but genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I trusted her completely, and she never let me down. Jaycie is your girl.
