She set up our archway and put down the decorations with the florist. Then she transferred our arch to the sweetheart table! There were so many details that she helped set up from our tablescapes to the audio guest book to the table and guest cards. She did it all! She also was super helpful and communicated with us on the timeline, helped organize our line-up for the ceremony, made sure we had food and drink during dinner, coordinated with our bus driver, and cleaned up everything at the end of the night for us to pick up in the morning. “We could not have asked for our day to have been more perfect and it is all thanks to MK. We got married in October 2023 and were completely in over our heads with the planning process with no idea what to do after selecting a venue. I had met MK when I was a recently engaged bridesmaid for one of my best friends and she was her day-of planner. “Sarah was a clear standout from all the planners we met. My initial impression of her was that she was warm, kind, and professional. She didn’t expect us to have every detail figured out and was incredibly welcoming from our very first conversation. We hired Sarah as a full-time planner, and she was always available to text, email, or chat about anything and everything. I still wanted some independence when it came to design choices, and she was very respectful of that. She is extremely organized and always came prepared—asking the best questions during vendor meetings. She also served as the main point of contact for all our vendors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Since we’re currently out of state but wanted our wedding in Massachusetts, Sarah went above and beyond for us. She visited all the venues we were interested in and sent us videos so we could make informed decisions from afar. From start to finish, she was so calm, collected, and professional throughout the entire planning process — and when our wedding day arrived and the heavens decided to open up and pour all day long, Jyl did not miss a beat.
