“Natalie shot my engagement photos and they were everything I could have hoped for and more. The proposal was a total surprise, and I still can't believe how well they came out and how seamlessly she captured even the initial moments given how unprepared I was! Not only were the photos amazing (and sent to us on a super quick turnaround, even though it was over the holidays) but she also gave so much helpful guidance and was such a calming presence throughout the shoot. I am not always naturally good at posing and was very nervous, but she gave very clear direction and really put me at ease so that the best moments she captured were really natural ones. Our photoshoot was at the National Portrait Gallery, so she also worked closely with my fiancée to find lots of different art and settings throughout the museum —looking back at the photos now I can really see how her artistry and vision came to life! She expertly worked with the art to use dynamic angles and perspectives that were unique and gave us a lot of options. We also took a few pictures at the Christmas market outside the gallery, and even those came out amazing, which is so impressive considering it was PACKED and we could barely move! It’s hard to put into words how much it means to have such a special time preserved so beautifully. Since I was so surprised, a lot of the day went by in a blur, and I’m so thankful to be able to relive it again and again through the photos. I couldn’t stop crying when we got them and have gotten ENDLESS compliments since posting them on social! WE LOVE NATALIE!!”

She captured the classic posed photos AND the precious in-between moments where people are being their most authentic selves (the face my dad makes when he's really intently listening, the hand gestures my mom uses when she's explaining something and can't find the right words, the face my mother in law makes when she's cracking herself up, the face my father in law makes right before the tears fall, and so so many more). “We had a wonderful experience with Sharon Natoli as our wedding photographer. She is extremely talented and brought her extensive photojournalism experience, professionalism, and positive energy to capture our wedding day. She handled a rainy outdoor ceremony situation with ease, taking the weather as an opportunity for some unique and memorable shots. She also stuck with us after the reception as the sun came out to catch some incredible light soaked moments. Throughout the day, she was amazing with our guests, keeping things moving swiftly so folks didn't get too cold, and helping some of the more camera-shy (including me, the bride) feel at ease. I love that she took the time to meet with us beforehand and get to know us, learn more about our family and guests, understand our style preferences, as well as offer some expert advice on how the day could go. She also walked us through the final photos and gave us some behind the scenes technical insight which was a really nice way to revisit the day. On the day of our engagement photos, it was very windy and cold, but the photographer remained professional throughout and made sure to get all the special moments, even going the extra mile to spot a great location we hadn't noticed and encouraging us to stay for some extra photos. The final photos were absolutely beautiful and captured all the joy and details of our special day. We're so grateful for their attentive service and the wonderful, high-quality work they provided.”

“We hired Steven and his team to do our wedding photos and videography. I really wanted a photographer that could capture the soul of the event, and Steven did exactly that. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. We gave him the difficult task of being prepared for 3 different locations with totally differing lighting (indoor/outdoor plus shooting from high sun into the night). He puts an immense amount of care into his work and the photos are truly art that we will cherish forever. If there are specific things you want covered, be sure to share a list. When it comes to capturing the moments that can't be planned, he is on the case!”
