We had an amazing experience working with Pluvia Studios as our wedding photographer and videographer. He was incredibly intentional and truly listened to the shots and edits we wanted, which made the final video feel so personal and meaningful. Especially since our wedding was at different locations in San Francisco, Presidio, and our local church, I loved how our package cohesively looked natural, fresh and beautiful. During our first intake call he was concise and walked through the package we were interested in. We were in awe by the timeless and beautiful photo gallery and videos we received that we’ll cherish for a lifetime. JayDee was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We’re so grateful to have our day captured so beautifully and highly recommend him and his team.

Hi! My name is Mae, and I live in Brooklyn with my girlfriend, our two dogs Apollo and Bia, her cat Gigi and my lizard, Basil! I’ve always been passionate about capturing moments as authentically and magically as possible, and as i’ve settled more into this career path, I love that i’ve landed in a place where I have the privilege to capture and preserve people’s love stories. Weddings and elopements are so distinctly and uniquely human, and it’s truly the biggest honor to be trusted to document them.

Awarded Best of Zola
Mae was an absolute pleasure to work with. I knew I liked her from the very first call. She was thorough and asked good questions to make sure she could capture what we wanted. I love the vintage-inspired look of the photos and video. She communicated when she said she would and I always received a quick response to any questions or messages I had. On the wedding day, I couldn’t imagine anyone who would make it as special as Mae did. She was more than a photographer- she helped me put on myself shoes, hyped up all the little details I stressed months over, and was just such a joy. I cannot recommend Mae enough. I loved all the photos and the video made me cry. Mae is the type of person you want to be friends with after everything is done. Trust me, book Mae!!

Eric Turner Photography
Rating: 5.0 (12 reviews)
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Fort Pierre, SD

Hey there! I'm Eric, an outdoor-loving, laid-back wedding photographer based in the Midwest who lives for capturing those real, unfiltered moments that make each love story unique. When I'm not behind the camera, you'll probably find me hiking trails or discovering new local breweries. My approach blends documentary-style storytelling with a touch of editorial flair—meaning I'll capture both those candid laughs during toasts and those naturally romantic moments during golden hour. The best photos happen when couples feel completely at ease and free to be themselves.

Awarded Best of Zola
Having Eric as a photographer is like hanging out with an old friend. He put this camera-shy couple at ease immediately, made us laugh, and always had great suggestions for posing to help get the best results possible. He came prepared with ideas for shots and scenes, and his videography was so unobtrusive we almost didn’t remember it was happening! He is quick to respond to questions, has an amazing eye for color and composition, and is generally just a really positive presence on a day that can otherwise be pretty stressful. Don’t sleep on Eric — you’ll be so glad you hired him!

By Nikki Welsh
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Serves Fort Pierre, SD

I’m Nikki. A Florida-based wedding photographer documenting the wild, sacred, beautifully imperfect parts of getting married. My approach is documentary, nostalgic, and a little bit undone. I’m there for the moments you didn’t plan for: your dad trying not to cry, your friends losing their minds on the dance floor, the quiet five minutes alone together, the weird little in-between moments you won’t realize mattered until years later.

Nikki was my college senior picture photographer. I wanted to do 3 very different photo shoots, as well as incorporate my college friends and my dog. Nikki was able to execute my vision perfectly!!! She knew the perfect locations and captured the vibe I was going for in each session perfectly. I am very detailed oriented and she made sure to capture all the small personal details I wanted included as well. These are my favorite pictures I’ve ever had taken. She was so encouraging and made me feel extremely comfortable behind the camera. Whether you are wanting something more traditional or something completely unique, Nikki will execute it beautifully!!

Welcome to Wild West Weddings, where your love story is beautifully captured in a boho, rustic, western, or woodsy style. We specialize in wedding photography, videography, DJ services, photo booths, and rentals, creating an unforgettable experience for your big day. Hi, I'm Caitlin, and I'm dedicated to making your wedding dreams come true long before you say "I do." When you choose me as your photographer, you're not just getting someone to snap photos; you're gaining a friend who understands your vision and shares your passion for life’s special moments.

We saw Wild West Weddings at a friend's wedding and knew we needed someone like that in our corner. She responded quickly to every question and handled all the details with REAL responsibility, making the whole process feel smooth. When our timeline fell apart on the wedding day, Caitlin stepped in and got us back on track while keeping me calm—she took charge in exactly the right way. What really stood out was how seriously she approaches her work without making it feel stressful; she brought this infectious energy that made us want to grab coffee with her after it was all over. Her photos capture everything beautifully, and it's clear this is what she was meant to do. We honestly can't imagine having made a better vendor choice. DOO IT!!! You won't regret this god send on your wedding day. It doesn't matter how you plan, it matters WHO your back up plan is, and Caitlin and her team will get it done, make sure you look good while doing it, and then also capture that moment for later.

Hi, its Jessica, I am a couples and wedding photographer based in Virginia. My clients are so special that they find themselves a friend for a lifetime, not just another wedding vendor. I take time to know you! I love learning about your love story, the proposal, etc. I am hopeless romantic, so I will probably shed a tear at every wedding I attend or photograph.

Awarded Best of Zola
Jessica is AMAZING, we hired her for our wedding and also did the engagement pictures with her. I am brazilian and since she is also I thought maybe my now husband would be a little uncomfortable taking the pictures but no way, not with Jessica, the way she makes everything seems so smooth and simple makes you think you are spending a good afternoon with a friend! And her work is definitely THE BEST! On my wedding day she managed to speak both languages with my family and my guests and took so much amazing pictures that now is hard to choose! Everyone loved her job and she sent the pictures so fast that I was really impressed! From now one my dates for events with pictures will depend on her agenda. I can’t wait for the next sessions of her capturing our love!

We did our engagement photos downtown Chicago and the riverwalk was PACKED. I was worried we’d have strangers photobombing everything. He managed to angle us just right so the crowds look like intentional motion blur. A couple shots are a bit soft because we were moving fast, but we love them anyway. Super friendly and made us feel comfortable right away.

Your wedding is not a performance. It's the way you look at each other when no one's watching. Your hand finding theirs without thinking. My couples care more about what’s real than what looks good on a grid. They want gorgeous photos but also want them to mean something. The couples I work with have depth. Their stories have weight. They want someone behind the lens who sees them. Not just how they look, but who they are. Presence over performance. That's the closest I can get to naming it.

Awarded Best of Zola
Danielle was professional, warm, and knowledgeable. She guided us through every step of our day and weathered through unexpected torrential downpours and hurricane winds all while keeping morale up for the whole wedding party! Danielle took the time to get to know what we wanted and needed from her and her intuition filled in the parts that we didn’t even know we needed. Loved Danielle, Love love love our photos, couldn’t recommend her enough!

I am a photographer and artist from the Pacific Northwest with Costa Rican and Scottish roots. My favorite things are dinosaurs, exploring new cities, board games, soccer, National Parks, and whiskey. I have been fortunate to photograph 200+ weddings in my PNW home, to ruins in Scotland, cityscapes in Vietnam, to the beaches of Maui, and beyond! I live in Portland, Oregon with my two dogs and three cats | 🏳️‍🌈🦖⛰️✈️📸⚽🫶🏼🌈🌲🦕🏝 Fun Fact: I was born on Leap Year Day so I'm 9 years old 🥳!

Awarded Best of Zola
I could write a book about Leah; or at least a very detailed blog post but I'll try to keep it shorter! As a fellow professional photographer, I got the opportunity to meet Leah and work with her as her 2nd photographer on a wedding. It took that one amazing experience and absolute blast of a time to know that whenever it was I got married she was THE photographer for me. Fast forward some years later it was finally my turn to tie the knot and my now husband and I chose our date based on when Leah was available, because there was no other option for me! I have gotten to work with dozens of photographers throughout my going on 10 year career, and I'm telling y'all, it doesn't get better than Leah. The photos - amazing! I love her eye for details, the crispness, the colors! Not to mention she is such a beautiful soul with the best personality and energy, with the professionalism to get a gallery worth of beautiful photos with you barely realizing she's there. While going through our gallery, I was stunned and overjoyed so many times to see things I had NO idea happened or even photos of people that I unfortunately didn't get to spend much time with yet seeing that they still enjoyed themselves. In my opinion, a photographer is the most important vendor you can choose for your wedding day. I am so thankful my experience in the wedding industry allowed me to cross paths with Leah because that made a really important decision very easy for me. And I hope my review can help other soonlyweds out there make a hard decision easier. You will not go wrong choosing Leah to photograph your big day!

What do you imagine your wedding to be like? Imagination is a nice gift we have. It helps us building our identities and shaping our individual uniqueness. Imagining carries a degree of anticipation, depending on our past experiences and who we are, of how something that hasn't happened yet is going to be when it actually happens. Like traveling to a place where we've never been before and we take photos of its landscapes and people living there: we tend to capture in those photographs how we had imagined that place. A wedding is a destination in the journey of life, perhaps the most important one.

My goal is to make a human connection with all my clients and deliver images that you'll love forever. I started 1828 Collective in 2016 after I realized that capturing relationships and telling love stories was my passion. Four years later I'm so in love with my job that I often forget I'm working. I find joy in capturing love, hearing about how you met, and everything in between.

We were recently married in June and had McKenna as our photographer and absolutely LOVED her work!! First off, communication was so easy throughout the whole process. She was so sweet and accommodating to everything. We did our engagement photos with her and she drove all the way from Charlotte to Duke! Leading up to the wedding, we had a few phone calls to plan logistics and she was so organized it make the whole process so easy! On the wedding day I didn’t have to worry about anything photo related. She made sure to capture every moment we wanted without putting any added stress on us. If you’re looking for a photographer who also hypes you up to make the process more fun, look no further! Can’t recommend her enough!

Hi! My name is Sara. The last couple years of my photography career has allowed me to travel to new places which I have always wanted to do. Photography has allowed me to travel to 17+ states. I have been professionally doing photography for 5+ years. Somedays it doesn’t feel real I get to travel & meet all of you amazing people & capture all of these special moments for you. I never take it for granted. I love capturing all of the details, candid’s and the in between during your wedding day.

Sarah knows how to capture all of the right pictures! She’s very great at directing and knowing what shot she’s looking for. Has great/fun ideas and the best editing. She’s basically become our family photographer at this point! 10/10 recommend.

Moira was the best photographer we could have hoped for! Not only was she flexible in the ever changing craziness of the day, but she made it so fun! We laughed pretty much the whole day through and it literally felt like we were working with a friend. On top of all that, the photos that we’ve received so far are absolutely amazing! She really captured the best parts of the entire day.

Hiii I'm Jamie! I am an elopement + small, intimate wedding photographer. My passion is helping couples have their dream day, THEIR way! I help my couples find adventure whether that means hiking in your wedding attire, or dancing the night away at their favorite winery.

Booking Jamie was the single best decision that we made for our wedding. Jamie is everything you want out of a photographer; responsive, personable, extremely helpful, and even more talented. She helped with every step of the process, cheering us on along the way. By the time our elopement came around, we already felt like we were being photographed by a dear old friend. Our photos surpassed our greatest expectations, and the little moments that she captured without us noticing have brought many tears to our eyes. Whenever Jamie walked into a room so did a feeling of relief. She knew all of the tricks, the right things to say, and somehow managed to hold my phone/tissues/lipstick in the process. We would get married all over again just to pick her twice.
