The singer Karlea was phenomenal and did an amazing job of keeping our guests engaged and entertained. The musicians were all courteous, professional, and exceptionally talented. They dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. In addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price. These are top quality musicians and we paid a reasonable price for the band. “The DJ was the thing that I didn't want to worry about on our special day, and I have to admit I was slightly underwhelmed by Wedding Pro DJS. Robert, the man who owns WPDJs, was initially very communicative and enthusiastic but after a couple months of him being booked his communication completely stopped. Roughly a MONTH before the wedding he told me he was having an impromptu hip replacement. I get that these things happen but I wasn't born yesterday and I think there was an opportunity to let me know prior to a month before. He assured us that his replacement was top tier and that he djd his own wedding, and his replacement was indeed a very nice guy, but on the day of the wedding during the reception there was a LOT of feedback from the mics during peoples speeches which actually led to us completely losing audio recording from the best man. Super bummer. You just don't expect things like that from professionals. I'm sure this was a one off but I probably wouldn't book them again.”

“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

We cannot believe this was our WEDDING!!! & it wouldn't have been the same without Black Diamond Event Production! People are still messaging us to say this was the best wedding they've ever been to! “Alan C was easy and great to work with! We had a music range from Bad Bunny, Creed, The Killers and more! We shared with him a playlist of some of our favorite songs, a list of "do not play" whether they were styles of music, artists or specific songs and a "must play" list. His online forum was easy to navigate and use. We loved the uplighting and the audio guestbook (phone)!! Also I appreciate that he read and followed through with all the small notes we left for him (specifically we asked for father/daughter, mother/son and first dance to end after the chorus and not play the entire 3-4 minutes). Such a great time. We received so many compliments on our music and the dance floor was busy all night long! “Where to even begin!!! My husband and I came across Champagne Casanova while out at a bar in Portland, Maine and had the most fantastic night ever jamming out with them. Without even being engaged yet, I asked them for their business card because we thought they'd be fabulous as a wedding band! Years later when we got engaged, they were our first and only call when we were looking for music for our wedding. They happily agreed to join us all the way out in the western New York farm country for our wedding, and put on an incredible show. Our guests were blown away by their energy, attitude and talent!!
