The 571-acre Scott Farm, a The Landmark Trust USA property, is home to 130 varieties of ecologically-grown heirloom apples and other fine fruits, a seasonal Farm Market, and the Apple Barn Event Center. A popular wedding venue, the farm is surrounded by four authentically-restored historic year-round vacation rental properties accommodating up to 22 guests—one of which is Rudyard Kipling’s Naulakha where he penned the Jungle Book. The Stone Trust Education Center, located in the 1862 Barn, showcases beautiful, unique dry-stone wall installations around the property. The Apple Barn accommodates up to 120 guests, has a commercial kitchen, three restrooms, one is wheelchair accessible. Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Four Winds Farm is a family-run boutique events space that centers around an antique barn. The barn is decked out with antique decor and has two large fireplaces to help create a cozy New England late summer/autumn wedding atmosphere. Four Winds Farm is over 300 acres of land in Southern New Hampshire including forests, rolling hillsides, mountain-views, a wetland walking trail, and all the fall foliage your guests can handle. Our barn was converted from housing animals to being a center for theater and productions in the early 1900s and features a fantastic backdrop from a 1920's production. It is lit up with market lights and optional lanterns. We provide round tables and chairs to be set up however you choose, and we can accommodate whatever vendors and catering you prefer.
