“Matt was extremely helpful with every aspect of the evening. He was such a good MC/DJ. We had rented a neon sign and backdrop from our venue and he spent an hour adjusting his photo booth camera to make sure it would pick up the sign. This photo isn't from his camera, it's form the photographer's, but I wanted to show the backdrop! We also extended him 30 minutes when we decided the party wasn't over yet and he whole heartedly agreed. I would definitely pick him again if I had another event in Estes Park!”

“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“We hired Justin and Lesley for their DJ services, photobooth and wedding coordination for my 8/15 wedding at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park. If I could give them 100/5 stars I would. Justin CRUSHED it as the DJ. He’s not one of the DJs that simply clicks next. He’s actively mixing and reading the room to understand how he can keep the energy going. I had multiple guests tell me that they were so so so impressed with his DJing skills. He kept us on our toes and the dance floor packed ALL night. We got the photobooth package with the glam filter and it was packed all night long! Our guests loved it and the line always kept moving quickly. They even provided a book where they put a copy of every photo so that we could flip through them post-wedding. We had some HILARIOUS photos because of the unique and fun props they have so it was nice to have an immediate keepsake. They also sent us a folder with the digital files of all the photos taken at the photobooth. Lastly, Lesley was my saving grace. My original planner canceled just one week before our wedding day. Since we already had Justin booked as our DJ, I immediately texted them and asked if we could use their coordination services as well. They jumped in without hesitation and saved the day. Their attention to detail ensured that the day ran super smoothly. The room was set up beautifully and i was able to feel like a guest at my own wedding versus feeling like I had to project manage the day. They even packed up my car at the need of the night! I appreciated how I felt like Lesley would just take initiative. There was absolutely zero stress when it came to the music at our wedding thanks to these lovely ladies! We had her on the flute and Brightin on the violin and they were amazing. Christen worked with us to curate such a magical vibe for our special day and she has such a large song list to choose from! Their music style matched ours very well so it was easy to build a strong list of songs to keep the music flowing the whole time. They played beautifully and even though I did not have the pleasure of meeting them in person (it was a crazy day!) I have no regrets and would certainly hire them again.”

From the moment the reception began to the final song of the night, they helped make our wedding unforgettable. Our DJ was Nick, and he was an absolute rockstar! He was friendly, fun, and incredibly adaptive to the vibe of the room. Not only did he keep the energy high and the dance floor packed, but he also joined us and our guests out there on the floor throughout the night, which just added to the celebration! “I truly don't think I can say enough about DJ Carbon! He was the most amazing DJ for our wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens, and all of our friends and family have been saying so since we got married. Music is a huge part of the life my husband and I share, as I'm sure is the same for many engaged and married couples, so we really wanted to have a DJ that understood that. Well, DJ Carbon not only understood it, but he took great care to personalize the music for our wedding. One major thing that I think sets DJ Carbon apart from other vendors is his flexibility and adaptability. From our first conversation, he was so accommodating and easygoing, which made us feel at ease right away. When our actual wedding day came, he did a great job of going with the flow and adapting to any timeline hiccups/changes. And when it came to the music, he delivered! Between my husband and I and DJ Carbon, we all shared a love of Mac Miller, jazz, and oldies, which he incorporated beautifully into our wedding day. Not only that, but when the dancing portion of the evening began, he picked up on the vibes right away and played the tunes accordingly - so much so that even our catering staff was dancing! At the end of it all, I felt like DJ Carbon is so much more than a vendor. He's family. He took so much time, care, and effort to make our wedding day special and we will never forget it!
