Katie has been honing her craft as a wedding DJ for over a decade. Her deep knowledge of music from a wide array of genres and ability to mix the perfect tracks to create an electric atmosphere is what sets her apart from the rest. A second generation wedding DJ, Katie credits her dad for teaching her how to host fun, memorable weddings. As a recent bride, she understands how many elements are involved in planning a wedding and how stressful the process can be. We’ll get to know your music tastes in advance, and use online planning tools to coordinate so that you can rest easy and enjoy every moment of your big day.

Tired of hearing the same songs played at every wedding? Me too. I steer away from anything cheesy or overplayed and aim to build sets around YOUR favorite music. I am also the only DJ in Colorado that provides a lit up, sparkly disco ball at all of my weddings.

    Katie is the best!!

    Katie is an incredible DJ to work with. Super kind, professional and talented! If you want a DJ to bring energy to your reception and want your guests to leave it all on the dance floor, look no further than DJ Katie! I was blown away by how she kept the dance floor packed without leaning on the same songs you hear at every wedding. Katie is the best DJ in Colorado- BOOK HER!

    Fantastic DJ!!!

    Katie from Rocky Mountain Fun Machine was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding! From our first interaction, her communication was prompt, easy, and kind. The quality of her work was truly excellent, professional, and top-notch. She understood what we were looking for and really helped make it come to fruition. She helped with the planning and execution, and everything was perfect, including all of her equipment that met every need we had! Rocky Mountain Fun Machine is the best, and we highly recommend Katie! Having a women DJs was an excellent option for our special day and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding DJ!

    Incredible Wedding DJ-can’t recommend Katie enough

    Our wedding was absolutely magical! Katie really kept the energy high and the dance floor packed at our reception! The music selection was perfect – she worked with us to create a customized playlist and took requests while sticking to our taste. From the very first consultation, Katie was professional, attentive, and truly understood our vision. She arrived early, and worked with our wedding planner and venue. The lighting and the show stopping disco ball were what we really loved and many of our friends commented on.     We love DJ Katie

    DJ Katie was everything we wanted in a DJ! Not only is she a musical encyclopedia knowing any song or artist you request, but she's excellent at reading the crowd and setting the right tone for the party. She's got a real talent for picking the right tunes to set the right vibes and getting everyone on the floor dancing and having a memorable night.
