“As someone who had an unfortunate experience with a wedding planner scamming me (aka I paid her a deposit and she ghosted me), believe me when I say Breanna is the real deal. I signed her for partial planning services and she did not disappoint. For context, I had no idea what I was doing. I had never attended a wedding and my parents are immigrants who didn’t have the whole American wedding experience, so they had even less of a clue of how it works. I knew I’d miss crucial details and needed someone along the way as I was planning all by myself. Breanna came up with timelines, emailed vendors for me, checked in frequently, and gave me solid guidance whenever I needed advice. I think where she really shined was the day of. So if you’re considering it, at the very least sign her to be your day-of coordinator. I’m an extremely organized person, but on the wedding day I didn’t want to be running around. She was extremely professional and responsible throughout the whole day. Breanna was always one step ahead. I arrived at the church, she was already there waiting having organized the wedding party to walk down the aisle. Bus pulled up at the venue, Breanna was already there clipboard in hand. Reception started, Breanna was already next to me asking about my thoughts on the food and how things were going. Another thing — before I said it, she already did it. For example, I was worried my welcome sign didn’t get set up so I asked her. She pointed at the sign. She had already set it up. I was worried about vendors knowing about a change of location. Breanna had already updated every single one of them via email days ago. I was worried about whether I signed the right vendors. Breanna vetted every single one. And they all nailed it on the day of. Like I cried tears of joy for over my photographer and florist and how phenomenal they were. Hear me out. I’ll be the first to admit I have trust issues and I am the person who is very much like “I’d rather do it myself because I know it will get done and get done well. So I’ll just do it.” But girly pop, you can’t do it all. And you shouldn’t have to. Enjoy this moment. Breanna is the planner you can trust. Believe her when she says she’ll do it. Know she will do well. For the first time, I could close my eyes, take a deep breath, and know I had nothing to worry about.”

She helped set up our venue and coordinate our vendors on the day-of so we did not have to lift a finger. She had been super communicative with us before the wedding so she knew what was our vision. And it was truly a dream come true. Julie had helped the caterers set up almost everything! She worked with them to set up the ceremony (which was beautiful). She set up our archway and put down the decorations with the florist. Then she transferred our arch to the sweetheart table! There were so many details that she helped set up from our tablescapes to the audio guest book to the table and guest cards. She did it all! She also was super helpful and communicated with us on the timeline, helped organize our line-up for the ceremony, made sure we had food and drink during dinner, coordinated with our bus driver, and cleaned up everything at the end of the night for us to pick up in the morning. “My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!”

She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. “Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. My husband and I chose a venue where every aspect of our wedding needed to be coordinated with third-party vendors (string quartet, DJ, catering (incl. table, chairs, linens), set up, breakdown, etc). From the start, Marissa kept my husband and I organized throughout the entire wedding planning process, ensuring our vision for the day came to fruition, and truly made our wedding day better than we had ever expected. “We could not have asked for our day to have been more perfect and it is all thanks to MK. We got married in October 2023 and were completely in over our heads with the planning process with no idea what to do after selecting a venue. I had met MK when I was a recently engaged bridesmaid for one of my best friends and she was her day-of planner. Not only was I incredibly impressed with MK at that wedding, but my parents who were also in attendance said we HAD to have MK help us with our wedding. Through the planning process, MK made it incredibly easy to navigate and decide on vendors when there were a billion to choose from. She was our line of communication with our vendors throughout the entire process through email, Zoom, and phone calls so when the wedding day came everything fell into place just as it was supposed to. “Lauren was by far and away the best thing that happened to our wedding planning process. We hired her as a day-of-coordinator as our venue required one, and she absolutely blew us away with everything she did. We had a 1 hour meeting with her every week for the six weeks leading up to the wedding day, so by the time we got to the day itself, we were confident she knew the details of our event inside and out. Lauren asked all the questions that we never would have thought of, and covered details that we definitely would have overlooked ourselves. She handled communication with our vendors, double checked all our contracts, and helped us navigate some last minute logistical challenges that were stressful for us. She is so calm, and so easy to work with. She helped with setup and breakdown of our decorations, and made sure our gifts and cards were all in a safe spot. During the wedding, she was always right there when I looked for her, and she was watching every detail to make sure everything went off without a hitch. We truly don’t have enough praise for Lauren. She is excellent at her job and will take so much stress off your shoulders, leaving you to find more joy in the planning process and the wedding itself.”

“Wei Yuh was hired for the task of organizing a lovely and elegant Victorian Romance themed wedding rehearsal dinner at the Omni Parker Hotel on October 24, 2025. Following the dinner, a private Ghost Tour of Boston also took place for the wedding party, and the timing for these events was crucial. She did so professionally, with good communication with myself, the hotel staff, and the florist. From lace table runners to floating candles, everything was perfect when we arrived. Wei Yuh also communicated well with our guests concerning the day’s itinerary, suggestions for appropriate dress (since the ghost tour could be a bit chilly), and handled special needs requests with ease. She took charge of scheduling gift presentations and toasts between courses, tweaking them as needed to meet our schedule. I couldn't be happier with her services and I appreciate the work she put forth to make this event a very special evening!”

“Where to begin! Hiring Jyl truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she was so calm, collected, and professional throughout the entire planning process — and when our wedding day arrived and the heavens decided to open up and pour all day long, Jyl did not miss a beat. She had to do a lot of shifting around because our cocktail hour was supposed to be outside, once she was done, you wouldn’t even know the plan had changed! Even though it was pouring, I was calm all day knowing she had it all under control. “From the first moment I sent Abby an inquiry and she wrote back so promptly and sweet I just knew she’s who I wanted to go with. I am NOT a planner so without her my wedding would’ve been absolute chaos with no one knowing what to do, I’m honestly not sure how she had everything run so smoothly because I gave her the bare minimum to work with just saying (I don’t know) to half her questions and she always came back with “no problem we can go back to it or I can come up with a plan”.. so basically 95% of the timeline was all of her suggestions and her and I am SO THANKFUL for that because our day was seriously the most magical, amazing, so much love, if there were any mishaps which I’m sure there were ..
