“My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Chloe's performance as our wedding planner was truly impressive as she thought of every detail and despite the unexpected weather, my daughter and son-in-law had a truly magical day complete with double rainbows! I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom to-be!”

Whether we were picking a photographer or deciding what kind of candles to use, she was always full of practical advice and creative ideas tailored to our tastes and budget. Stacy isn’t just a wedding planner — she’s a partner who is eager to understand and then produce your unique vision for the day. Stacy goes above and beyond every step of the way. Her motto — which you’ll hear a lot — is “we can do that!” Just one small example of many: I procrastinated on getting a hairstylist only to finally do a trial and realize I really didn’t like the result. Without even being asked, Stacy immediately jumped in and found multiple incredible hairstylists, even reaching out to confirm their availability and pricing. I’ve had so many people compliment me on the wedding, specifically how thoughtful and well-executed it was. Almost every single one of them has mentioned Stacy. And her attention to detail (like putting cute tags on the water carafes with refill instructions) makes even the littlest pieces feel special.
