I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. I reached out to Marissa in June 2025, a full year before our wedding, and from day one she became so much more than a coordinator. Every question, every meeting, every last-minute thought—I never once felt like a burden. One of the best decisions we made was adding her setup and tear-down package. Brides, if you’re considering it, DO IT. After your wedding, you will be exhausted. Your parents will be exhausted. The last thing anyone wants to do is spend hours packing decor, organizing personal items, and figuring out where everything goes. Marissa handled it all. My family and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything was secured, organized, and ready for pickup the next day. That peace of mind alone was worth every penny. I am never the person who writes reviews, but Marissa deserves every ounce of recognition she receives. Throughout the planning process, she was there for every important milestone—our final walkthrough, rehearsal, vendor coordination, timeline creation, and all the countless details that go into making a wedding run smoothly. She created an incredibly detailed and personalized timeline that became the backbone of our day. Then June 7, 2026 arrived, and she absolutely proved why she is one of the best in the business. From the moment she arrived, she was in full wedding mode. Professional, organized, confident, and completely in control. She came dressed exactly as requested, equipped with an earpiece and constant communication with her assistant, ensuring every moving piece of the day was executed flawlessly. One of my biggest concerns was my processional music. I had very specific timing requests—I wanted each bridesmaid to walk at certain moments in the song so the chorus would hit perfectly when I walked down the aisle. I genuinely thought I was asking for the impossible. Not for Marissa. She had her assistant stationed with the DJ, communicated every cue perfectly, and somehow made everything happen down to the second. It was exactly as I envisioned it. The entire evening, she was always within eyesight. Every time I looked around, she was there making sure everything was running smoothly, coordinating vendors, keeping everyone on schedule, and putting out fires that I didn’t even know existed. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of my wedding day. That’s what makes Marissa special. She memorizes your vision. She knows where every detail belongs. She anticipates problems before they happen. She makes an incredibly difficult job look effortless. For the past year, she has shown me nothing but kindness, grace, professionalism, dependability, and genuine care. She loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. When my partner and I started planning our small/medium wedding, we were sure we could do it all on our own. One location, short ceremony, limited guest list, buffet dinner. But as planning moved forward, we realized that we simply couldn’t do it all AND still really relish and enjoy our day together with all of our friends and family. Mallory and her wife were fantastic in filling those shoes so that we could have the intimate, special day we dreamed of. Mallory’s attention to detail kept problems from happening before we could even realize. From decor assistance, to timeline management, to behind the scenes clean up, she was always on top of it. When my feet were tired on the dance floor and I kicked my heels off, she already had back up sandals on standby! We so appreciate her coming from out of town and keeping our vendors, families, and ourselves organized and feeling our best so that we could get the most out of our day!

I genuinely do not even know where to begin when it comes to Noelle because there are not enough words to explain how incredible she is. From the VERY beginning of my wedding planning process over a year ago, she handled absolutely everything and more. Any thought, question, idea, concern, crash out, or micromanaging moment I had (and trust me… there were MANY), I could text or call her at literally any time, and she was always there. Not once did she ever make me feel annoying, dramatic, or “too much.” Instead, she made me feel heard, understood, supported, and excited every single step of the way. What makes Noelle so special is that she doesn’t just “plan weddings.” She genuinely takes your vision and transforms it into something bigger and more beautiful than you could have even imagined for yourself. The ideas I had in my head for my wedding somehow came to life TIMES TEN. Every tiny detail was perfected. She thought of things before I even had to ask. She guided me through every decision while still making me feel like the wedding truly reflected me and my husband. And the professionalism? Insane. The organization? Insane. The patience? Saint level. She worked with my budget and constantly gave me options to still achieve the luxury, elegant look I wanted without making me feel pressured to spend beyond my means. She found almost all of my vendors, and every single one of them was phenomenal. The amount of compliments I still receive from guests weeks and months later about how beautiful, organized, and seamless my wedding was honestly speaks for itself. But what REALLY blew me away was wedding day itself. When I tell you I did not have a single worry in the world, I mean it. Noelle and her team handled EVERYTHING. She was genuinely a rockstar from beginning to end. At one point she literally did my late night McDonald’s run herself while her assistants stayed behind making sure me, my bridal party, and my family had everything we needed. Who does that?! That level of care is so rare. She treated my wedding like it was just as important to her as it was to me. Not only did she become my wedding planner, but over this past year she truly became someone so special to me and my family. My family and friends could not stop complimenting her professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and calming presence. I literally had my mom’s friends texting me asking for her information because they were so blown away by her. Noelle made wedding planning FUN. She made it exciting instead of stressful. Honestly, she makes me want to plan another wedding tomorrow just to work with her again. I’m truly going to miss our hours-long meetings spent perfecting every little detail because it all paid off in the most unbelievable way. I can confidently say my wedding would NOT have been what it was without her. She gave me the wedding of my dreams and more, and I will forever be grateful that I trusted her to guide me through one of the biggest moments of my life. I truly believe one day I’ll see her planning celebrity weddings because her talent is genuinely on that level. Thank you for everything, Noelle. I would choose you over and over and over again.

Alexa is a true professional with her work and I knew from the moment we spoke to her that she was the one we wanted to work with. We interviewed several planners that did not come close to Alexa’s level of expertise and ability to make you feel calm and in good hands. If I was able to re-do my wedding again, I may change a few vendors, but Alexa is someone we would lock down over and over again! Hands down the best decision we made! Alexa is reliable, professional, friendly, and most importantly organized! We immediately had a guide on where to start and where we should be with our process each month.
