Hello! I’m Kelly, the founder of Kelly’s Elegant Events, a wedding and event planning service dedicated to creating beautifully curated celebrations worldwide. Originally from the UK, I’ve lived in six countries, each inspiring my love for cultural traditions and the joy of bringing people together. My journey into event planning began with Girl Gone International, a global women’s community, where I organized events connecting women worldwide. These experiences fuelled my passion for crafting unforgettable memories and bringing visions to life for couples and celebrations of all kinds.

What sets me apart is my international background, extensive cultural exposure, and a deeply personalized approach to event planning. Having lived in six countries, I bring a global perspective and a keen eye for detail, seamlessly blending diverse traditions and styles to create truly unique celebrations. My background in teaching has honed my organizational skills and ability to connect with clients on a personal level, ensuring every event reflects their vision and story. I will help you decide on location. Find your venue and vendors. All services that are included in the wedding planning package. I can offer personal tips an advice as my own wedding was a destination wedding.

    Best party ever!!

    Kelly organized my 50th Birthday party and it was beyond amazing! From start to finish, she was a pleasure to work with and she took care of nearly everything. I appreciated how Kelly paid very specific attention to all my requests and ideas. I did absolutely nothing and she took care of EVERYTHING! Kelly and her team listened closely to our vision and provided helpful guidance to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly. Our Full Wedding Planning Package covers every aspect of your wedding, from venue selection and vendor management to day-of coordination. We handle budget management, guest services, invitations, and all the details that bring your vision to life. Contact us for a detailed breakdown of what’s included in each package tier.
Our Day-Of Coordination service is an additional or standalone service for couples who need professional support on the big day. We step in 30 days prior to review your plans, coordinate with vendors, manage setup, and oversee the schedule, ensuring a seamless event from start to finish.
We have a trusted network of experienced vendors, but we’re happy to work with vendors you select. We coordinate directly with all vendors to ensure everything aligns with your vision and runs smoothly on your wedding day.
Travel expenses are separate from package prices. If your wedding or event is over 50 miles from our base location, travel and accommodation expenses will apply. We’ll discuss these costs upfront during your initial consultation.
Our standard payment schedule is designed to help you manage costs comfortably: 25% deposit to secure your booking, 50% once the venue is booked, and the remaining 25% due 7 days before the wedding. For Day-Of Coordination, payment is due 30 days before the event or when travel arrangements are confirmed.
Absolutely! Kelly’s Elegant Events specializes in destination weddings and has extensive experience coordinating events internationally. We handle travel logistics, local vendor selection, and everything you need to create a stunning wedding abroad.
Yes! In addition to weddings, we plan birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties, and other special celebrations. Each event is customized based on your needs, with starting prices detailed on our pricing page.
To ensure availability, we recommend booking 12-18 months before your wedding. However, we accommodate shorter timelines whenever possible, with packages available for weddings planned within a few months.
Transparency is important to us. All costs, including travel expenses and any additional services, are discussed upfront. We’ll provide a detailed proposal so you understand the full scope of your investment.
