    Working with VW Events & Company was such a relief from start to finish. Their team communicated with us in a way that felt natural and stress-free, always willing to answer questions and hear our ideas. What really stood out was how organized they were they kept every detail on track and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day without us having to stress about the logistics. You could tell they genuinely cared about making our vision come to life, and their dedication showed in every decision they made for us. We felt taken care of the entire time, and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better planning experience.     Wonderful and worry free wedding day!

    We hired Melannie for ceremony setup and teardown, and reception setup. Getting everything done during a pretty narrow window of time was a logistical problem I just couldn’t solve on my own, but Melannie was able to make it happen. Honestly, without her help, I’m not sure if we would’ve been able to pull it all together! I had spoken to a couple other event coordinators, and I was surprised that most vendors would only do setup and teardown of their own rentals (we used our venue’s chairs), but Melannie was able to do exactly what we needed! I’m so grateful she was available and willing to take care of everything for us. We got to enjoy our wedding day knowing that she had everything handled.

    Great communication, detail-oriented!

    I am working with Melannie at VW Events to coordinate a wedding at The Venue CU where I work as a day-of event coordinator. She has been very responsive, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in her communication!

My services packages range anywhere from $750-$950, with the ability to add on additional services!
You can book as far in advance as you like. My services really shine in the last 8-10 weeks before your event, but booking in advance allows you the peace of mind in having open communication with your coordinator. Advance booking can be extremely helpful for couples who have lots of questions or need additional direction when planning their big day.
I do! I have worked with some amazing people in this industry and would love to tell you all about them! If you have a specific vision for your vendors, I am happy to match vendors to your aesthetic, vibe, or wants.
Each wedding package includes an in depth consult upon booking, a secondary consult approximately 1-2 months before the event, a 1 week check in, as well as infinite electronic communication as desired by client.
50% is due upon booking, while the remaining 50% is due 60 days before your event. For short notice bookings, payment will be 100% due upon booking.

I proudly offer a military and veteran personnel and first responder discount on all packages and services. Referred by one of my previous clients? There's a discount for that too!
We sure do! We currently have a team of 3 different and fabulous officiants that are ordained through the Universal Life Church. All officiants are able to perform secular ceremonies and LGBTQ+ ceremonies. Specific officiants specialize in the additional ceremonies such as: humorous, traditional, modern, religious, and cultural.
