    The best investment for wedding planning

    Shawfield Events is THE best at wedding planning and coordinating! My husband and I had worked with Corinne over the last year planning and preparing for our September 2025 wedding whilst living out of state. There was NOTHING Corinne couldn't do and her advocacy for us in the times we needed her when dealing with other vendors was so meaningful and a huge stress reliever. Corinne and Meghan both are extremely detail oriented, extremely thorough, and communicate with their couples promptly. Their ability to manage and exceed our expectations while providing insight and recommendations about things we never thought of were next level and greatly appreciated. Having Shawfield Events be present for our Wedding Rehearsal, overseeing set up at the reception venue, and being present with us the day of our wedding was the best investment we made during our wedding planning process. Thank you Corinne and Meghan for making our vision come true!!!

    Perfect Wedding Coordinator!

    Shawfield Events helped make our day amazing!

    We hired Shawfield Events for design and day of services. The design support they provided helped us bring our vision of our day to life. They provided direction for rentals and items we needed to purchase - helping make sure we had everything we needed and were getting it as economically as possible. The day of service was invaluable! Having the team there to decorate and set up as well as manage the schedule and all of the moving pieces of a wedding ensured that we were able to focus on the day, each other and our guests. They managed communications with vendors and really saved our time and sanity. I highly recommend Shawfield for wedding planning and am sure our wedding day would not have been the dream come true that it was without their help and support!

    Amazing!

    Corrine and Meghan made our wedding effortless! I worked with Corrine to discuss my vision and she took those ideas and turned them into reality. She made the entire planning process stress free. Whenever I had a question or if there was an issue with another vendor she was quick to problem solve, communicate, and fix whatever it was. On our wedding day I met Meghan who was just as amazing! They both worked all day and made everything perfect. Love them and recommend them to everyone!!

    The Best There Is

    I bumped into Corinne and Meghan working at a friend’s wedding a few years ago. The wedding was beautiful and ran so smoothly. I kept their business cards handy because I knew they were the exact team I needed to help me execute my big day. They were one of the first emails I sent after I became engaged and hired them to be my day of coordinator. I worked with Corinne and she was amazing from the get-go. She was so great with communication through calls and emails right from the beginning and made sure that I was on target to have everything done before the big weekend. She made sure no detail, no matter how small, didn’t slip through the cracks. The big day went so smoothly and I have Corinne and Shawfield to thank. All I had to do was make sure the linens were on the table and Corinne did the rest to set up the reception area. The most meaningful request of the evening came when I ripped my bustle while making our grand entrance at the reception. I panicked internally, but Corinne came to the rescue and spent time hand stitching the dress back together to make sure it was comfortable the rest of the evening. When I tell you that she went above and beyond, I truly mean that. You can’t hire a better duo to help with your big day.
