I'm Maggie, I'm married to my husband & business partner, Patrick! We're the Nolans, the photo team behind Living Radiant Photography. We’ve captured almost to 400 weddings since 2014. While Maryland is home to us, we've shot across the nation & beyond (Aruba/Mexico to be exact). If our family wasn't local we would have moved to Colorado by now but we love it! My adventure in photography began as a kid with my brightly Fisher-Price 110 camera. It had the coolest flash cubes! I shot countless rolls of film around our family farm. My mother has albums full of prints to prove it! I’ve shot photos in a variety of settings and venues and usually make my clients feel comfortable by quoting Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute and a good dose of self deprecating humor.

I spent 10 years as a photojournalist covering news, sports, and political campaigns, and for the past 25 years I’ve photographed weddings with the same calm, observant approach. A lotta years back I jacked in my safe, noble, health insurance-providing job working with grieving families to follow a little dream I had. I wanted to take pictures. When I was about 10 years old, my dad gave me a camera and I quickly became obsessed. My intrigue continued to grow over the years and I went on to earn my BA in Studio Art , Photography, from the University of Virginia. After graduating I worked as a portrait photographer and decided to pursue and earn my MFA in Imaging Arts from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
