After an initial Zoom call where they explained everything they offer, how the process would work with a day-of coordinator, and broke down all the pricing, we felt confident moving forward—and we’re so glad we did. We had Naomi as our day-of planner, and she was absolutely amazing. We truly could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through the final stretch leading up to our wedding on August 2nd. From the start, she made everything feel manageable. We Zoomed once a week to stay on track, and she walked us through what needed to be done on our end vs. what she would handle. She answered every question (big or small) and was always willing to schedule extra meetings if we needed them. Naomi was there for our dress rehearsal the night before and stayed with us all day on the wedding day. She took care of setup, made sure every guest got the right meal, and kept everything running smoothly—so much so that if any issues came up, we never even knew. She handled everything with such grace and calm, and because of her, we were able to truly enjoy our day without stress. “The single greatest decision we made for planning our wedding was hiring Angelita (about five months in advance) to manage it for us. Not only did she go above and beyond repeatedly - in going to bat to get vendors to lower prices for us, in being just a text away every day the month proceeding the wedding, in putting up with three hour calls where we also discussed family dramas -- she was always friendly, professional, and a genuine delight, helping manage stress and ensure everything went smoothly, even when the best man was doing things like forget he needed a suit, or jeweler wasn't responding to bride's texts and I couldn't get a quote back for rings weeks before the wedding....it was Angelita to the rescue! She took over all communications with the vendors beforehand, organized and ensured everyone had their marching orders (literally when it came to her air-traffic controller maneuvers down the aisle). That the day-of was drama free, an absolute blast, and so much fun, we hoped for -- but that the months before were, was an unexpected joy, and that was because of Angelita. Payment was easy, and options were extremely flexible. AND she helped provide resources for our honeymoon planning, just cause! “Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.”

“If you are looking for a day of coordinator you NEED to hire Melissa and Kourtney! They were nothing but amazing! I hired them for day of coordination for prior to that you’ll have 2 meetings and be able to call/text Melissa about anything you’ll need! She did a fantastic job coordinating the rehearsal and making sure everyone knew what they were doing. The day of the hemming on my underskirt was falling apart because my shoes had rhinestones and I could barely walk because how tangled it was! The minute Melissa and Kourtney got there, they pulled out their scissors and safety pins and fixed my dress in no time! They set up my ceremony space which was absolutely beautiful and made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be for the ceremony. After the ceremony they brought out ice water since it was so hot and then later brought us food from the cocktail hour and drinks. Which was great since we were starving! I didn’t have a dj because we had an intimate wedding and the yard games out in the patio, so Melissa announced everything for us which was amazing! I just couldn’t had made this wedding everything I’ve dreamed of without her and Kourtney! I’m sure there’s at least a million other things they did that I’m just forgetting right now that made my wedding perfect! I would give them 1,000 out of 1,000 stars if I could!”
