Years ago, I read this poem by Mary Oliver. No longer inspired by my tech start-up desk job, I thought to myself, ‘what is it I would like to spend my life doing?’. I turned to the first job I ever had in high school, being a florist, and began Wild. Over the years, I have discovered such meaning in creating with my hands. My lush, romantic, organic aesthetic is inspired by the natural world; the untamed and ephemeral beauty of flowers. In each of my designs, I look to reflect on the unique allure of the seasons by combining the traditional and more the uncommon together. Bellezza Decor is an event design and event decor company based in the New York City area. Bellezza is the love child of husband and wife team Paul and Ellen Somuah, which began in July of 2018. Ellen, the creative mind behind Bellezza, has a natural penchant for interior design and fashion, which guide her event designs and floral arrangement. Ellen’s design and stylistic talents are rooted in her early years in Italy, where she was expose to fashion and arts.
